Trabalho em equipe: o significado atribuído por profissionais da estratégia de saúde da família REME
A assistência à saúde é complexa, multifatorial e interdisciplinar. Neste cenário, o enfermeiro possui um papel fundamental: o de articulador e construtor do cuidado. O docente surge neste processo com papel essencial na formação de profissionais aptos para gerenciar o cuidado e trabalhar em equipe. Optou-se por estudar um Curso de Enfermagem que apresenta uma proposta diferenciada e inovadora, o currículo integrado da Universidade Estadual de Londrina. Portanto, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar a inserção do tema trabalho em equipe nas quatro séries do curso de graduação. Pesquisa de natureza qualitativa e compreensiva, do tipo estudo de caso, na qual foram realizadas entrevistas individuais com 19 docentes do curso, sendo realizada também análise documental de 18 cadernos dos módulos que compõem cada ano deste curso. Os dados foram submetidos à análise compreensiva à luz do Pensamento Complexo de Edgar Morin. Resultados emergiram três categorias: “Trabalho em Equipe como tema transversal na formação do enfermeiro: o olhar contextualizado, integrador e multidimensional”, “Estratégias de Ensino e Aprendizagem para o Trabalho em Equipe - Um Circuito Recursivo” e “A Dialógica do Trabalho em equipe: Rompendo Paradigmas e Construindo Pontes”. Espera-se aprimorar o ensino do tema, sem reduzi-lo a conceitos e desta forma contribuir para a educação por meio de reflexão, corroborando para o crescimento e desenvolvimento de estratégias de ensino, culminando na ampliação do entendimento teórico e prático desta fundamental e desafiadora ferramenta chamada trabalho em equipe. In this scenario, nurses have a fundamental role: the articulator and care constructor. The teacher appears in this process with an essential role in the professionals training able to manage care and work as a team. It was decided to study a nursing course that presents a differentiated and innovative proposal, the integrated curriculum of the State University of Londrina. Therefore, this research had the objective of analyzing the insertion of the theme team work in the four grades of an undergraduate course. A qualitative and comprehensive research, of the case study type, in which individual interviews were conducted with 19 teachers of nursing course at a public university in the south of Brazil. Documentary analysis was also carried out of 18 notebooks of the modules that make up each year of this course. The data were subjected to comprehensive analysis in the light of Edgar Morin's Complex Thought. Results emerged in three categories: "Teamwork as a cross-cutting theme in the training of nurses: the contextualized, integrating and multidimensional look", "Teaching and Learning Strategies for Teamwork - A Recursive Circuit" and "Dialogical Teamwork : Breaking Paradigms and Building Bridges ". It is hoped to improve the teaching of the subject, without reducing it to concepts and thus contributing to education through reflection, corroborating to the growth and development of teaching strategies culminating in the expansion of the theoretical and practical understanding of this fundamental and challenging tool called teamwork.
