Resumo: O fenômeno bullying é caracterizado como uma forma de violência a um indivíduo mais fraco ou em desvantagem em relação ao agressor de forma repetitiva ou crônica. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de revisão sistemática abordando o bullying no contexto universitário, utilizando os descritores "bullying" e "universities", no período de 2009 a 2018. Selecionou-se artigos científicos mediante pesquisa eletrônica indexados em bases de dados como Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Education Resources Information Center, Periódicos Eletrônicos de Psicologia, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Serviço da Biblioteca Nacional de Medina dos Estados Unidos para acesso gratuito ao Medline. Foram selecionadas 769 publicações científicas, entretanto apenas 54 delas apresentavam os critérios de inclusão na pesquisa. Geralmente, as vítimas do bullying possuem traços diferenciados de orientação sexual e/ou identidade de gênero, sofrem de violência psicológica, passando por situações de humilhação e perseguição. O comportamento das pessoas que promovem o bullying violam os direitos do ofendido, incidindo em dano moral e favorecendo as vítimas a requererem judicialmente seu devido ressarcimento. Palavras-chave: Bullying;Abstract: The bullying phenomenon is characterized as a form of violence to an individual who is weaker or disadvantaged in relation to the aggressor in a repetitive or chronic way. A systematic review was conducted addressing bullying in the university context, using the descriptors "bullying" and "universities", from States for free access to Medline. A total of 769 scientific publications were selected, but only 54 of them presented the inclusion criteria in the research. Generally, victims of bullying have distinctive traits of sexual orientation and / or gender identity, suffer from psychological violence, and are subjected to humiliation and persecution. The behavior of the people who promote bullying violate the rights of the offended, focusing on moral damages and favoring the victims to request in court their due reimbursement.
