Institusi pendidikan baik itu dari tingkat pendidikan dasar hingga perguruan tinggi terpaksa ditutup untuk sementara waktu karena penyebaran Corona Virus 2019 (Covid-19). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat stress akademik mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring pada Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling di Universitas Sriwijaya. Tujuh puuh orang mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling dilibatkan dalam studi ini. Kami menggunakan menggunakan angket Stress Akademik selama pembelajaran daring untuk mengumpulkan data dan penyebarannya melalui google form serta dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stress Akademik mahasiswa bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya berada pada kategori tinggi 15,71%, kategori sedang 65,71%, dan kategori rendah 18,57%. Mengacu temuan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Kelas Palembang-Indralaya angkatan 2018, 2019, 2020 mengalami stress akademik dengan kategori sedang.
This research aims to determined the level of emotional quotient of eleventh grade students in SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with survey method. Data collection technique used is a questionnaire consisting of five aspects, namely: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and fostering relationships. The population in this research were eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 15 Palembang which amounted to 244 people. The sample in this research amounted to 56 people selected by using a purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis shows that 32 percent students in eleventh grade had emotional quotient with a high category that was 65% while the category and 3% low category.
This type of research is development research by using the ADDIE model. This research aimed to produce products of audio visual media which were valid, practical and effective. The research was conducted at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. This research consisted of 5 stages, namely 1) analysis (pre-test and interview with BK teacher), 2) design (making RPL and media manuscript), 3) development (making media, after the media was finished, the researcher conducted validation with three experts: material expert, media expert, language expert and small group test), 4) implementation (field test and post-test), 5) evaluation (strengths and limitations of the media). The results obtained at pretest with materials that can be updated in the future are 47.9% in the "moderate" category, which means that students still need improvement. From the comments and suggestions given by the three experts, the results of the media were valid and appropriate to be tested in a small group trial. The students gave comments and suggestions to improve the video, after which the researcher conducted a field test, the results obtained were 87% "very practical" and in the post-test 88.9% of the" high "category was obtained. The effectiveness of audio visual media obtained by N-Gain was 0.71 which "high" category. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the classical audio visual service media developed has been valid, practical and effective used in classical service delivery on the career field of future orientation materials.
Abatract:This study aims to describe the level of academic procrastination based on the intensity of the use of social media in Palembang State Middle School 18. The population consisted of 120 students from class VIII with sample selection using a purposive sampling technique so that getting samples for each category in the form of: Light Users (numbered users) totaling 41 students, Medium Users (medium users) totaling 37 students, and Heavy Users 42 students. Research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire to measure the intensity of social media use as well as sample determination and the Likert scale to measure the tendency of academic procrastination. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the majority of subjects in the Light Users category were low on academic procrastination with a percentage of 53.7%, the Medium Users category including being on academic procrastination with a percentage of 43.2% and the Heavy Users category including academic procrastination with 45.3% . The results showed that the more often students used social media, the higher the tendency to do academic procrastination.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat prokrastinasi akademik berdasarakan intensitas penggunaan media sosial di SMP Negeri 18 Palembang. Populasi terdiri atas 120 siswa dari kelas VIII dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga mendapatkan sampel untuk setiap kategori berupa: Light Users (pengguna ringan) berjumlah 41 siswa, Medium Users (pengguna sedang) berjumlah 37 siswa, dan Heavy Users (pengguna berat) berjumlah 42 siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup untuk mengukur intensitas penggunaan media sosial sekaligus penentuan sampel dan skala likert untuk mengukur kecenderungan prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar subjek kategori Light Users termasuk rendah pada prokrastinasi akademik dengan persentase 53,7%, kategori Medium Users termasuk sedang pada prokrastinasi akademik dengan persentase 43,2% dan kategori Heavy Users termasuk tinggi pada prokrastinasi akademik dengan persentase 45,3%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin sering siswa menggunakan media sosial maka semakin tinggi kecenderungan dalam melakukan prokrastinasi akademik.
