AbstrakPeriode pubertas merupakan masa kritis bagi remaja. Perubahan akibat pubertas sering menimbulkan berbagai perilaku maladaptive seperti membolos, membangkang, dan tawuran. Keluarga sebagai lingkungan utama remaja memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk perilaku remaja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh optimalisasi dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku adaptif pada usia pubertas. Desain quasi experimental dengan pendekatan pre-post test without control group design. Responden dipilih secara purposive sampling di Rempoah Baturaden. Perilaku adaptif remaja meningkat dari 60% menjadi 97% setelah diberikan perlakuan dukungan keluarga. Kesulitan orang tua dalam memberikan dukungan adalah ketika mengarahkan untuk belajar, menjalin komunikasi terbuka, dan menghadapi emosi remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh optimalisasi dukungan keluarga yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan perilaku adaptif remaja (p value 0.001). Orang tua hendaknya selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk melaksanakan dukungan keluarga kepada anak remaja.Kata kunci: Dukungan, keluarga, perilaku, pubertas, remaja. The consequence of changing puberty is often arise a dis-adaptif behaviour such as a shirker, protester, gang fighter. Family as the primary environment teenager plays an important role in shaping adolescent behavior. The research objective was to identify the influence of family support for adaptive behavior of adolescent puberty. Quasi-experimental design approach without preposttest control group design was applied. Respondents was selected by purposive sampling in Baturaden. Adaptive behavior that increased from 60% to 97% after optimization family support. Difficulties of parents in providing family support when directed to learn, to establish open communication, and teenagers emotional.There is the influence of family support optimization significantly to the increase of adaptive behavior adolescents with p value of 0.001. Parents should always increase their knowledge to implement family support to teenagers.

The wise use of antibiotics in the Banyumas community is quite alarming. Most of them still buy antibiotics without a doctor's prescription, buy half a prescription and consume antibiotics without finishing it. Good enough knowledge about the dangers of using antibiotics unwisely has not formed a correct perception and attittude of antibiotic use. This study aims to evaluate changes in people's perceptions and attitudes about antibiotic use after being given information related to their resistance status . This research was conducted qualitatively on 10 informants. Retrieval of data through focus group discussion techniques is done before and after providing resistance status information. The results showed that before giving information, perceptions and attitudes towards the use of antibiotics most (80%) of informants were not correct despite having a good level of knowledge. Changes in perceptions and attitudes about the right pattern of antibiotic use wisely occur after being given information about the status of antibiotic resistance they experience. This study can be concluded that the provision of information on the results of the examination of resistance status has a positive effect causing the changing in perception and the right attitude regarding the use of antibiotics wisely in the Banyumas community

Backround:The COVID-19 pandemic has a psychological impact on society, namely anxiety. Factors that influence anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic are age, education level, occupation, and history of being diagnosed with COVID-19. This study aims to determine the risk factors for anxiety in housewives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Subjects dan Method: An observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach was conducted in South Purwokerto, Central Java. The sample is 70 housewives selected by simple random sampling. The dependent variable is anxiety. independent variables were age, education, occupation, and COVID-19 infection. Anxiety was measured by the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) questionnaire. Other variables were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi-square. Results: Age 40 years (OR= 1.55; 95%CI= 0.76 to 3.14; p= 0.330), higher education level (OR= 1.96; 95%CI= 1.03 to 3.71; p= 0.070), informal occupation (OR= 1.24; 95%CI= 0.44 to 3.48; p= 1,000), and a history of COVID-19 infection (OR= 31.10; 95%CI= 4.44 to 217.91; p<0.001) increased anxiety among housewives. Conclusion: Age 40 years, higher education level, informal occupation, and history of COVID-19 infection increase anxiety among housewives during the COVID-19 pandemic.
