Learning activities and module development are done with learning patterns and integrated community empowerment for adult learning residents. Another learning pattern to support is the construction of learning networks so that learners do not stop learning after the program is completed. In the process traced the problematic of the development of learning literacy module of elementary school age children. The result is that the learners who are the parents understand the slowness in the ability to read and write their children. This activity works because participants can arrange modules even in simple form. Pola pembelajaran lainnya untuk menunjang yaitu pembangunan jaringan belajar sehingga warga belajar tidak berhenti belajar setelah program selesai. Dalam proses itu ditelusuri problematika pengembangan modul pembelajaran baca tulis anak usia sekolah dasar. Hasilnya yaitu para warga belajar yang merupakan para orangtua memahami kelambatan pada kemampuan membaca dan menulis anaknya. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud dan fungsi interaksi sosial dalam keenam cerpen pada kumpulan cerpen Potongan Cerita di Kartu Pos karangan Agus Noor. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) wujud interaksi sosial dalam cerpencerpen pada kumpulan cerpen ini berupa interaksi sosial asosiatif dan disosiatif, interaksi sosial yang dominan yaitu interaksi sosial disosiatif; dan (2) perwujudan interaksi sosial ini berfungsi sebagai penghadiran kehidupan sosial di masyarakat dalam cerpen sebagai salah satu bentuk fiksi. The qualitative descriptive method is used by using content analysis technique. The results show that: (1) the social interactions in short stories are associative social and dissociative social interactions, the dissociative social interaction is dominant in social interaction; and (2) the embodiment of this social interaction serves as the presence of social life in the society in short story as one of fictions form.
This training has several goals, namely to open insights, and observers ofIndonesian teachers about gender equality in everyday life, giving insight to analyze the value of inequality/ gender equality, and compile teaching materials Indonesian perspective of gender equality. Implementation of this training method is applied in two stages: the preparation stage and implementation stage. Preparation stage includes internal coordination (: preparatory concepts, preparation of materials) and the coordination of external (: contacting a speaker, contact the PDM Surakarta, Surakarta Dikspora contacted, and invited the school). Implementation stage is the stage of core training employed by interactive lectures, questions and answers, and tutorials. Training lasted for one day and 13 participants attended junior secondary school teachers. Based on analysis of implementation of teacher understand the preparation of teaching materials Indonesian gender perspective. This is evident from the responses of the material, examples, and instructional materials containing ilutrasi gender inequality.Kata kunci: pelatihan, bahan ajar, jender PENDAHULUAN Analisis SituasiPendidikan nasional merupakan sarana untuk mencapai cita-cita nasional (Tilaar, 2004: 14). Pendidikan nasional mengupayakan penerus bangsa yang mampu mengemban amanah untuk mewujudkan cita-cita nasional. Dalam rangka membentuk manusia yang utuh, pendidikan di Indonesia dituntut untuk menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia yang menjunjung tinggi hak-hak manusia, di samping bertanggung jawab, berakhlak mulia, dan sadar hukum. Salah satu wujud sikap menjunjung tinggi hak-hak manusia adalah menjunjung tinggi adanya kesetaraan dan keadilan jender.Piagam Deklarasi Hak Asasi Manusia yang diimplementasikan tahun 1984, dua tahun setelah perang dunia kedua, menekankan kesetaraan jenis kelamin (Engineer, 2003: 3). Hal ini semakin memperkuat bahwa keadilan jender patut menjadi perhatian untuk diimplementasikan di segala bidang kehidupan sebab konsep hak asasi manusia jelas menekankan masalah keadilan jender.
A MOOC has disrupted traditional learning methods. With electronic gadgets and internet support, this online learning platform enables many participants to access abundant learning materials and other instructional resources for free. This paper aims to present a sketch of the relationship between the online participants' motivation with MOOC quality. Involving about ninety-five participants from the university administration staff, the authors have divided them into three groups: high achievers (HA), middle achievers (MA), and low achievers (LA). This study has found that motivation significantly influences active participation in the MOOC program. The MOOC design quality also affects the participants' perception upon completing the MOOC. This study suggests that MOOC designers should develop relevant instructional materials and adjust the difficulty level in the MOOC's contents to enhance meaningful learning.
