Banyaknya kasus Kekerasan Seksual pada Anak (KSA) terjadi karena anak tidak memahami kejahatan seksual. Selain itu, anak tidak menyadari bahwa mereka adalah golongan yang rawan menjadi korban KSA. Di sisi lain, masih banyak orang tua yang kurang terampil memberikan pendidikan seks yang tepat pada anak, bahkan masih menganggapnya sebagai hal yang tabu. Untuk itu, peneliti mencoba membuat metode pembelajaran edukasi seks kepada anak melalui permainan puzzle. Pemberian pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui metode permainan adalah cara yang sangat tepat bagi anak. Hal ini juga mempermudah orang tua atau guru untuk mengajarkan anak tentang perlindungan diri dalam edukasi seks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan puzzle edukasi seks pada keterampilan perlindungan diri anak. Penelitian ini melibatkan 17 anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode dilakukan dengan eksperimen one group pretest-posttest. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan paired sample t-test dengan bantuan program pengolah data, untuk menguji apakah terdapat perbedaan keterampilan perlindungan diri antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dilakukan pada sebuah kelompok eksperimen. Eksperimen dilakukan menjadi dua sesi pertemuan yang didampingi oleh fasilitator. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan perlindungan diri anak sebelum dan sesudah pemberian permainan puzzle seks edukasi dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Many cases of childhood sexual abuse occurred because children do not understand what sexual abuse is. Furthermore, children do not realize that they are a vulnerable group to become victims of childhood sexual abuse. On the other hand, there are still many parents who are not skilled enough to provide proper sex education to their children, and even consider it a taboo. For this reason, the researcher tried to make a method of learning sex education to make a method of learning sex education to children through puzzle games. Providing knowledge and skills to children through play methods is a very appropriate way for children about self-protection in sex education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational sex puzzle games on children’s self protection skills. This study involved 17 children aged 5-6 years. The method was carried out by experimenting with one group pretest-posttest. The analysis in this study used a paired sample t-test with SPSS software, to test whether there were differences in self-protection skills between before and after the intervention was carried out in an experimental group. The experiment was carried out into two meeting sessions facilitated by the facilitator. The results showed that there were significant differences in children’s self-protection skills before and after giving the educational sex puzzle games with significant level at 0,000.
<a name="_Hlk39513249"></a><span lang="EN-US">This research aims to discover the psychological state of farmers in the agricultural cultivation of food crops during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a descriptive explorative study which explores the farmers’ opinions regarding their agricultural activities during the COVID-19 pandemic which reached its peak between March and June 2020. During this period, a Large Scale Social Distancing (LSSD) system was enforced in some areas. The data collection was conducted in June 2020 before the implementation of the new normal, involving 634 respondents which spread across 40 districts throughout Java. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic period, almost all farmers continued to carry out their agricultural activities. Some farmers had implemented the health protocols. According to most farmers’ opinions, doing the agricultural activities made them healthier. With regard to COVID-19, most farmers behave normally, while the rest feel worried. Agricultural extension activities are constrained and hampered by the implementation of physical and social distancing, especially large-scale social restrictions. Seeing the psychological condition of the farmers, where most are continuing to cultivate food crops and only slightly worried about the COVID-19 pandemic, gave hope for the sustainability of agricultural production in the new normal period</span><span lang="IN">.</span>
Setiap wanita baik yang bekerja maupun yang tidak bekerja dapat memiliki kecenderungan untuk bergantung pada orang lain terutama laki-laki. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan tingginya kebutuhan untuk diberi perlindungan dan pertolongan oleh orang lain. Kecenderungan tersebut dinamakan cinderella complex. Pengambilan keputusan secara mandiri dan tidak menggantungkan kehidupan memerlukan tingkat harga diri yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kecenderungan cinderella complex antara wanita bekerja dan wanita tidak bekerja ditinjau dari harga diri di Kelurahan Manding, Temanggung. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui skala cinderella complex dan harga diri dengan sampel 118 orang dengan teknik purpossive cluster quota random sampling. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parametrik yaitu anova dua arah dan independent sample t test. Hasil uji hipotesis anova dua arah menunjukkan p sebesar 0,006 (p< 0,05), maka terdapat perbedaan kecenderungan cinderella complex antara wanita bekerja dan wanita tidak bekerja ditinjau dari harga diri di Kelurahan Manding, Temanggung. Uji hipotesis kedua dan ketiga menggunakan independent sample t test memperoleh p sebesar 0,000 (p< 0,05) maka ada perbedaan kecenderungan cinderella complex antara wanita bekerja dan wanita tidak bekerja di Kelurahan Manding, Temanggung. Terdapat perbedaan harga diri antara wanita bekerja dan tidak bekerja di Kelurahan Manding, Temanggung didasarkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p< 0,05).
Perilaku yang tidak terdapat pada deksripsi pekerjaan secara formal dalam sebuah pekerjaan tetapi jika dilakukan akan dihargai atau dapat disebut sebagai Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Perilaku ini muncul karena terdapat sejumlah faktor yang mempengaruhi, salah satunya kepemimpinan transformasional. Selain karakteristik seorang pemimpin, organisasi perlu menyadari bahwa setiap karyawan mempunyai latar belakang budaya atau kultur yang berbeda. Culture Intelligence hadir untuk memahami keberagaman dari berbagai budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui hubungan culture intelligence dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel mediator, (2) mengetahui hubungan culture intelligence dan organizational citizenship behavior (3) mengetahui hubungan culture intelligence dengan kepemimpinan transformasional, (4) mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 73 karyawan yang terdiri dari 44 karyawan laki-laki dan 29 karyawan perempuan . Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan persamaan langsung antara culture intelligence dan organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 0,203, sementara persamaan tidak langsung antara culture intelligence dan organizational citizenship behavior yang dimediatori oleh kepemimpinan transformasional adalah sebesar 0,378. Penelitian ini bersifat mediasi sempurna dikarenakan hubungan culture intelligence dan organizational citizenship behavior bernilai tidak signifikan positif, sedangkan untuk hubungan culture intelligence dan kepemimpinan transformasional serta hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan organizational citizenship behavior bernilai positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, culture intelligence dan organizational citizenship behavior yang dimediatori oleh kepemimpinan transformasional terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif.
