Este artigo científico tem como objetivo analisar a gestão de processos administrativos no encaminhamento de atestados médicos de transtornos mentais na Polícia Militar do Estado do Paraná e descrever um modelo eficiente de padronização que possa ser implementado em toda a organização. A padronização operacional e administrativa é fundamental para garantir a equidade e a justiça para todos os policiais. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão sistemática da literatura para investigar a gestão por processos de negócios e da saúde mental dos policiais militares, a legalidade da suspensão temporária do porte de arma de fogo e propor um modelo padronizado de ações. Conclui-se que a adoção de um procedimento administrativo padrão para os casos de atestados médicos contribuirá de forma assertiva com os serviços desempenhados pelo setor de recursos humanos, proporcionando maior segurança, celeridade e eficiência no processo. O artigo sugere que o setor de recursos humanos adote e coloque em prática esse procedimento operacional padrão, uniformizando a sequência de ações e procedimentos para garantir a efetiva aplicação das normas e propiciando uma melhor gestão dos recursos humanos da instituição.
O presente artigo investiga a relação entre o método cognitivo e a análise da linguagem não-verbal na busca de dados negados em entrevistas de Inteligência Policial Militar, avaliando o impacto da combinação desses dois aspectos na precisão e confiabilidade das informações coletadas. Através de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, o estudo busca responder como essa combinação pode impactar a precisão e a confiabilidade dos dados obtidos. A discussão aborda a relação entre Inteligência Policial Militar, técnicas de entrevista e comunicação não verbal, analisando como a leitura adequada do comportamento não verbal pode melhorar práticas de entrevista e detecção de mentiras. A revisão da literatura foca em técnicas de entrevista, como ação de busca, entrevista cognitiva e método PEACE, e no papel da comunicação não verbal no contexto da Inteligência Policial Militar. O estudo conclui que ao integrar o conhecimento da linguagem não verbal e técnicas cognitivas nas entrevistas, os profissionais de Inteligência Policial Militar podem aprimorar suas habilidades de detecção de mentiras e obter dados mais precisos e confiáveis. A pesquisa também destaca a necessidade de treinamento específico e pesquisas adicionais nesta área.
O presente artigo propõe uma revisão sistemática e minuciosa da literatura acadêmica e científica existente sobre os conceitos de personalidade antissocial, psicopatia e sociopatia. Esta pesquisa meticulosa tem como principal objetivo contribuir significativamente para o aumento da eficiência das atividades realizadas pela polícia militar, além de ampliar a base de conhecimento científico relacionada aos transtornos de personalidade que estão intimamente ligados à criminalidade. Um aspecto crucial que é destacado neste estudo é a importância fundamental de entender profundamente o conceito de psicopatia, principalmente considerando sua intersecção complexa com fatores genéticos, as características do ambiente no qual o indivíduo está inserido e as funções cerebrais específicas. Tal compreensão, advinda de um estudo profundo e detalhado, pode impulsionar uma melhoria considerável em diversas práticas policiais. Isto inclui desde ações de prevenção e resposta a crimes, até aspectos mais específicos como a formação acadêmica e a capacitação contínua de profissionais da polícia. O conhecimento obtido a partir deste estudo sistemático sobre a psicopatia tem o potencial de informar e direcionar políticas públicas e práticas preventivas no âmbito do combate ao crime. Através da identificação de indivíduos em risco e do entendimento aprofundado sobre suas características e condições, é possível desenvolver e aplicar intervenções mais eficazes e direcionadas, o que pode resultar em benefícios significativos para a sociedade como um todo.
O presente artigo investiga a utilização da avaliação de risco no contexto do processo de tomada de decisão e sua aplicabilidade como ferramenta assessorial nos diferentes níveis decisórios da Polícia Militar do Paraná. Para isso utiliza uma abordagem qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica e documental como recurso metodológico. O cenário global disruptivo em que as corporações estão inseridas é caracterizado pela incerteza, aleatoriedade e rápidas mudanças e, os riscos neste complexo ambiente, possuem características de deslocalização, incalculabilidade e não-compensabilidade. A sobrevivência das organizações depende da adoção de uma estratégia adaptativa e a gestão de risco assume protagonismo, permitindo de maneira antecipada a identificação de sinais e a elaboração de cenários prospectivos. A avaliação de risco, como parte da gestão de risco, desempenha um papel crítico nesse processo, proporcionando uma abordagem sistêmica e abrangente na identificação, análise e avaliação dos riscos. Para a Polícia Militar do Paraná foram várias as aplicabilidades de avaliação de risco identificadas e, como principais vantagens, o aumento na probabilidade de se atingir objetivos, o fornecimento de uma base sólida para a tomada de decisão, uma melhor identificação de ameaças, uma maior resiliência e adaptabilidade, melhoria na eficácia operacional, a preservação de ativos e a criação de valor, o incremento nos controles e na governabilidade. Conclui-se que a tomada de decisão e o planejamento sem um estudo detalhado que envolva a identificação, análise e avaliação dos riscos, constitui-se também um risco, no que se refere ao atingimento de seus objetivos, processos ou projetos, refletindo em termos de resultado.
