SUMMARYSpatial development of urban and rural areas is a priority task in an adequate urban land management of all modern societies. Although provided by the Law on Agricultural Land, unfortunately such measures are not implemented in Montenegro. One of the main problems is in unresolved legal property relations as well as in the out of date existing cadastral records. A cadastral record is a variable category that should be adjusted to the current situation through the maintaining process. Practice has shown that the rights holders do not report timely a large number of changes of the registered status in the cadastre to the administrative authority.A particular problem is disagreement of surfaces in graphic and alphanumeric GIS database, but all that together affects big problems when adopting the cadastral maps as conditionally accurate on the development and implementation of detailed urban plans. Problem persists in operational cadastre on the entire territory of Montenegro, and its genesis and way of resolving it are specifically analysed in examples in the Municipality of Bar.
This paper deals with an analysis of cartographical studies, the real estate cadastre, and its practical implementation, as well as the introduction of cartography into different education modules in university-level studies in Montenegro. There is a discussion of the development, production, and creativity in the fields of cartography and real estate cadastre over time, cartographical projection, scientific results, and recent changes such as advanced computer- and satellite-based technologies, GIS, cartographical visualization, and digital cartography. The impact of these changes on cartographical studies at the University of Montenegro is considered. Particular attention is given to analyses of cartography and the cadastre in institutions, and their connection with the development of cartography teaching modules of Geography, Geodesy and Geoinformatics at the University of Montenegro. The integrated analysis also covers the results of the questionnaire and the significance of the geo-topographical and cartographical heritage of Montenegro, with the aim of carrying these out. It can be seen that the tasks solved by using maps have tended to become more complex and that the cartographical methods employed in this have been always directed towards Montenegro’s most prominent and most urgent problems, including those that appear in the area of education.
The purpose of a gun bore evacuator on the turret-mounted gun barrel is to
prevent the entry of the gaseous products of gun propellant combustion into
the turret compartment of the vehicle after the breech block opening. The
mathematical model which takes into account all of the main parameters
influencing the pressure change inside the cylinder of the evacuator was
developed. Differential equations that describe the flow field through the
nozzle in the barrel wall and in the cylinder of the evacuator were solved
numerically. Furthermore, the numerical simulations were performed using the
ANSYS Fluent in order to analyze the phenomena occuring in the evacuator
during the charge and discharge cycles which are difficult to be taken into
account with the analytical model. Aforementioned simulations were performed
with the 3D model of the evacuator and with the initial and boundary
conditions obtained from the interior ballistic calculations. In order to
find the change of the static pressure in the cylinder of the gun bore
evacuator, the experimental research was performed. The comprehensive
comparison between the numerical results and the experimental data has shown
good agreement. Based upon this analysis, the influence of the evacuator?s
main design parameters on the pressure distribution and the temperatures in
the critical zones was determined. The influence of the propellant?s initial
temperature on the pressure and wall temperatures in the evacuator was also
analyzed, due to the wide range of gun operating temperatures and the
possibility of erosion occurrence.
