L’ equity crowdfunding (ECF) représente une pratique de financement originale pour les entreprises. Si la plupart des travaux sur le sujet s’intéressent au comportement de la foule dans son rôle d’investisseur, notre contribution se propose d’appréhender la perception qu’ont les dirigeants de PME de leur expérience d’ECF. Notre cadre théorique mobilise des travaux relevant de la théorie financière ainsi que des recherches récentes sur le crowdfunding . La stratégie de recherche est basée sur une étude de cas multi-sites de 5 PME françaises. Nos principaux résultats soulignent que l’ECF permet aux dirigeants de PME de conserver une certaine autonomie décisionnelle tout en étant un outil de communication. Le choix de la plate-forme est décrit comme intuitif et la décision d’investissement de la foule est perçue comme principalement motivée par la volonté d’adhésion à un projet.
Cet article s’ intéresse aux déterminants du succès des campagnes de levées de fonds menées par les start-up sur les plateformes de financement participatif. Portant sur un échantillon de 178 projets, notre étude montre des relations positives et significatives entre le nombre d’investisseurs, le nombre d’années d’expérience des fondateurs et la réussite de la levée. Néanmoins, le dépôt d’un brevet influence négativement le montant collecté. Par ailleurs, le dépassement du montantcible s’explique essentiellement par l’obtention d’un prix et le nombre de collaborateurs dans l’entreprise.
Le peu de travaux qui s’intéresse à l’apprentissage organisationnel dans les entreprises familiales l’aborde sous un angle particulier, le plus souvent en relation avec un autre concept, sans jamais s’intéresser au phénomène en tant que tel. Dans cet article, nous porterons une attention particulière à l’apprentissage organisationnel dans les entreprises familiales. Notre travail a pour objectifs d’analyser les éléments de contexte qui tendent à influencer les conditions d’apprentissage organisationnel dans ce type d’entreprise ainsi que l’impact des attributs ambivalents des entreprises familiales (Tagiuri et Davis, 1996) sur les apprentissages des individus et de l’organisation.
