This research aims to investigate the impact of the marketing mix, service quality, and university image on student's loyalty. The main purpose of the study is divided into three sub-goal of investigating the effect of the marketing mix on student's loyalty, investigates the effect of service quality on student's loyalty and investigates the influence of university image on student loyalty. Questionnaires were distributed to the students as much as 200 questionnaires using Likert scale, yet only 167 questionnaires are returned. To process the data is used SPSS version 21. The results showedmarketing mix variable, service quality, and university image and a significant positive effect on student loyalty.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), simultaneously on Return on Assets (ROA) on BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study uses an associative approach. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) specifically Bank BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study was state-owned Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which amounted to 4 companies. Based on the sample withdrawal criteria above, a research sample of 4 BUMN bank companies was obtained. The type of data used is documentary data, which are research data in the form of financial statements owned by state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques are used to test the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a negative and not significant effect on Return on Assets. Partially, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. And simultaneously, Non Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) at State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Financial behavior is a person's ability to manage planning, budgeting, checking, managing, controlling, finding and storing daily financial funds. One of the factors that influence financial behavior is knowledge about financial literacy. The author's purpose is to determine the effect of financial literacy, hedonic lifestyle and personal financial attitudes on financial behavior in students of the economics faculty of management study program class l2018. The numberl of samplesl in thisl study werel 84 students usingl the slovinl formula. Thel analysis technique inl this studyl uses multiplel linear lregression, multiple correlationl determination, t testl and F ltest. Thel results ofl this studyl indicate thatl financial literacyl (X1) hasl a positivel and significantl effect onl financial behavior (Y). Hedonic Lifestyle (X2) hasl no effectl on financial behavior (Y). Personal financial attitude (X3) hasl no effectl on financial behavior (Y). Financiall literacy, hedonic lifestyle and personal financial attitudes simultaneously have a significant effect on financial behavior (studentsll of the 2018 classl of managementl study programl at Universitas Muhammadiyahl Sumatera Utara).
To analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on the organizational commitment of lecturers, spiritual leadership on the workplace spirituality, spiritual leadership on spiritual survival, Workplace Spirituality on the organizational commitment of lecturers, and Spiritual Survival towards the organizational commitment of lecturers in Private Universities in Medan. The study population was all permanent lecturers of private universities owned by Foundation ( organizations) totaling 425 permanent lecturers who had functional positions as expert assistants, lecturers, and head lecturers and had the following characteristics: (1) tenure of over 1 year, (2 ) Domicile in Medan and (3) Carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Determination of the number using the Slovin formula and obtained as many as 219 lecturers and data analysis used was path analysis. The results showed that Spiritual Leadership had a positive and significant effect on the lecturers' organizational commitment, Spiritual Leadership had a positive and significant effect on workplace spirituality, Spiritual Leadership had a positive and significant effect on spiritual survival, Workplace Spirituality had a positive and significant influence on the organizational commitment of lecturers, and Spiritual Survival was influential positive and significant towards organizational commitment of lecturers at Private Universities in Medan City.
