Bu çalışmanın amacı; infertilite nedeniyle in vitro fertilizasyon (IVF) tedavisi gören Polikistik Over Sendrom'lu (PKOS) hastalarda, dondurulmuş embriyo transferi (DET) sürecinde beslenme eğitimi vermenin gebelik sonuçlarına etkisini değerlendirmektir. Material and Methods: This retrospective study was conducted at IVF unit of Hüma Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital. The study included 151 patients with PCOS who presented with infertility and underwent IVF therapy between January, 2018 and December, 2021. The PCOS patients were classified into two groups according to referral to nutrition specialist. In group 1, 75 patients accepted to visit a nutritional specialist and received 30-days education and counseling program about nutrition during embryo transfer. No education or counseling was provided to 76 patients in the second group. Both groups underwent FET during IVF therapy and pregnancy outcomes were compared between groups. Results: Mean age was 27.0±6.34 years in patients underwent FET. No significant differences were found in de...
