Nous présentons dans cet article une étude de cas portant sur l’accompagnement thérapeutique d’une jeune femme radicalisée (Jeanne, dix-huit ans) et de sa famille. Cette prise en charge illustre le fonctionnement de notre dispositif, le Réseau VIRAGE (Violence des Idées, Ressources et Accompagnement en Grand Est), porté par la Maison des Adolescents de Strasbourg. Nous développons en détail l’accompagnement de Jeanne et de sa famille : le parcours de la jeune femme, nos hypothèses de travail (qu’elles portent sur le fonctionnement psychologique de Jeanne, sur la qualité des liens d’attachement dans la famille ou sur la dynamique intergénérationnelle), les prises en charge mises en place et l’évolution clinique générale. Cette monographie montre la nécessité d’une approche pluridisciplinaire de la radicalisation et l’importance d’intégrer la thérapie familiale à la prise en charge des jeunes concernés par ce phénomène.
