The article considers the modern approaches to the analysis and evaluation of financial stability of Russian companies to study the effectiveness of cash flow management. A comparative analysis of the financial stability of organizations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan is conducted using a system of indicators based on the coefficient method. Identified trends show a decrease in the deficit of financial stability and its own funds, which hinders the development of investment activity and the expansion of the productive capacity of Russian companies.
The article is devoted to certain aspects of ethnoculture of the peoples of Tatarstan, with regards to historical context of the development of festival movement in the republic. The paper gives a brief specific description of festivals, as well as a special role of multinational amateur art groups in the development and popularization of national traditions and customs of the peoples of Tatarstan. In addition, the article examines the role of festivals in the PR of territories, folk traditions and event tourism. It pays some attention to the problems of educating young people on the ethno-cultural traditions of previous generations, as well as local economic components of the growth of the festival movement through the prism of the development of the recreational and tourism industry.
