Objetivo: Identificar e descrever os principais tipos de eventos adversos (EA) que ocorrem dentro do ambiente de Unidades de Terapia Intensiva (UTI’s) juntamente com seus agentes desencadeadores e descrever a correlação entre o modelo de gestão e a postura da equipe frente aos eventos adversos e a importância de suas notificações. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa com abordagem descritiva qualitativa onde realizou-se um levantamento bibliográfico utilizando as bases de dados LILACS, BDENF e SciELO, utilizando os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS). Foram encontrados 144 artigos, constituindo uma amostra final de 7 artigos. Resultados: A existência de EA na assistência prestada sinaliza o nível de qualidade do trabalho prestado nas UTI’s. O ato de punir diante de tal ocorrência consiste em um método que se demonstra ineficaz. Em contrapartida, a educação continuada e programas educativos sobre a segurança do paciente se mostram eficazes na redução desses incidentes, tornando a gestão hospitalar responsável por auxiliar na diminuição de fatores contribuintes à alta ocorrência de EA. Considerações finais: A gestão e a postura do gestor frente ao EA possuem influência direta na decisão dos profissionais de notificar ou não.
RESUMO
Introdução: A pré-eclâmpsia é a complicação clínica mais comum da gestação e a principal causa de morbimortalidades. Objetivo: levantar as evidências científicas sobre assistência de enfermagem a mulher com pré-eclâmpsia e eclampsia. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, a qual reúne, avalia e interpreta achados de estudos primários. Resultado: Os estudos primários foram categorizados em assistência ao pré-natal e manejo assertivo no âmbito hospitalar. Conclusão: O manejo adequado possibilita um prognóstico materno-fetal favorável, portando é imprescindível a sua atuação da enfermagem frente à pré-eclâmpsia.
Objective: To highlight what has been published in the scientific literature on care strategies and protocols used by the nursing team regarding oral health and how dentistry can contribute, guide and improve the care process for inpatients.
Methodology: Integrative literature review performed with original articles, available in full, indexed between 2015 and 2020 in the PubMed, LILACS, SciELO and Google academic databases.
Results: Eight studies were selected between 2015 and 2020 through critical synthesis that deal with oral care in hospitalized patients.
Final considerations: The relationship between dentistry and nursing with oral care and the inclusion of the Dental Surgeon in the health team, contribute to the prevention and treatment of oral conditions, leading to the synergy of the health team, reducing risk factors, enabling a healing process and reducing possible nosocomial infections in the hospital environment.
Objetivo: analisar a comparação entre os dados disponíveis no DATASUS e Instituto de Segurança Pública do Estado do Rio de Janeiro referentes à violência contra a mulher. Método: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e retrospectivo, desenvolvido a partir dos dados disponíveis e consultados nas bases do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde (DATASUS) e Instituto de Segurança pública do Rio de Janeiro (ISP). Resultados: Número de notificações e ocorrências dos anos de 2014 a 2018, dos dados apresentados pelo DATASUS e Instituto de segurança pública do Rio de Janeiro. Conclusão: O Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento de novas políticas no enfrentamento à violência contra a mulher pois seus dados fornecem as informações para a criação de projetos, leis e métodos de educação em saúde.
