Cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (Cdk7) is the catalytic subunit of the metazoan Cdk-activating kinase (CAK). Activation of Cdk7 requires its association with a regulatory subunit, Cyclin H. Although the Cdk7/Cyclin H complex has been implicated in the regulation of RNA polymerase in several species, the precise function of their orthologs in zebrafish has not been fully elucidated. In this study, we isolated from zebrafish blastula embryos two cDNAs encoding the orthologs of human Cyclin H and Cdk7, and examined the role of Cdk7/Cyclin H in zebrafish embryogenesis. Sequence analysis showed that the zebrafish Cyclin H and Cdk7 cDNAs encode proteins with 65% and 86% identity to the respective human orthologs. RT-PCR and whole-mount in situ hybridization analyses of their expression in unfertilized eggs, embryos and organs of adult fish suggested that Cyclin H and Cdk7 messages are maternally loaded. Our data also showed that their transcripts were detected throughout development. Distribution of Cyclin H transcripts was found to be ubiquitous during early stages of development and become restricted to the anterior neural tube, brain, eyes, procreate tissues, liver and heart by 5 days post-fertilization. Expression of a dominant-negative form of Cyclin H delayed the onset of zygotic transcription in the early embryo, resulting in apoptosis at 5 hours post-fertilization and leading to sever defects in tissues normally exhibiting high levels of Cyclin H expression. These results implicate Cyclin H in the regulation of the transcriptional machinery during midblastula transition and suggest that it is an essential gene in early zebrafish larval development.
Firstly, the current situations of E-commerces user experience evaluation model were analyzed. And then, fuzzy comprehensive analyses were introduced. After that, an improved E-commerces user experience evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive analysis was established. In improved model, user experience hierarchy model was created based on psychological-stratification, experts fuzzy evaluations of evaluation factors were integrated into fuzzy matrix by using the theory of Triangular Fuzzy Numbers. Finally an example is given to show the rationality and the effectiveness of the method.
A rigorous mathematical analysis of cross-eye jamming in a radar system scenario and an expression for the induced angular error due to the cross-eye jammer are presented. The simulation results show that there is a Doppler difference between jamming and target return. The Doppler difference increases with the decrease of the distance between the monopulse radar and the platform protected by cross-eye jammer. When the power of target return is not small enough with respect to the power of jamming transmitted by one of the two sources, maybe the sign of the indicated angle is uncontrollable. The simulation results also show that although the cross-eye gain is maximized if two jamming signals are equal amplitude and antiphase, it is not a reasonable choice.
The Gannan region is the largest navel orange planting area in the world and has the largest production in China. However, about 5 million tons of navel orange waste (NOW) produced annually. NOW has a great environmental risk because of its high content of organic matter and moisture. Anaerobic digestion of NOW with high nitrogen content waste is a promising alternative to treat these wastes. The effect of swine manure (SM), waste active sludge (WAS) as co-substrates and different mixing ratio were examined in three batch-scale studies. In the first investigation, co-digestion of NOW with SM resulted low methane yield and high concentration of VFAs. In the second investigation, NOW was co-digested with WAS, the methane yield was improved by 260% when the mixing ratio of NOW to WAS (VS/VS) was shifted from 1:2 to 2:1. In the third investigation, the co-digestion of NOW with SM and WAS was conducted. Co-digestion of three substrates has higher methane yield than that of previous two studies, with the exception of equal amounts of NOW with co-substrates (mixing ratio of NOW to SM to WAS was 2:1:1). The highest methane yield of all experiments was 0.20 m3 kg-1VS added while the mixing ratio of NOW to SM to WAS was 1:2:1. It seemed to obtain stable digestion performance, the mixing ratio of co-substates to NOW should not be lower than 1:1. WAS was a better co-substrate than SM, as WAS was capable to supply more organic nitrogen to create positive synergistic effects.
Process of high-speed trains manufacturing is a complicated task requiring strong professional background and practical experience. However, in China, the production mode is staying at the step that explore in actual production constantly, continue to discover and solve problems, low productivity but high manufacturing costs. In order to try to solve above problems, applications of virtual simulation in manufacturing process of high-speed trains is applied for the goals. According to the workshop’s two-dimensional (2D) designing, a digital factory is constructed using simulation software based on production manufacturing process of high-speed trains. Then production model is disaggregated analysis. When virtual simulation environment is accomplished, an assembly process turns to be run. An example of plug-door assembly process is presented to illustrate the effect and feasibility of the application of virtual simulation.

Based on the analyses of the advantages of the current researches, virtual simulation technology existing issues and improving approaches were pointed out. Finally, the development direction was proposed.

In this paper, we proposed an X3D-based virtual good presentation method on mobile device among wireless network. In our method, we utilize the X3D technology to transmit the 3D model from the server to the mobile client in order to decrease the client’s storage. Besides, we propose an efficient interaction method for the 3D good model so that the mobile user can control these models freely. Based on these key technologies mentioned above, the framework of the system is elaborated in detail at the end of this paper.
