Background:The bursa of Fabricius is the acknowledged central humoral immune organ. Results: Novel bursal-derived BPP-II regulates expressions of immune-related gene and exerts immunomodulatory functions and activates p53 expression with antiproliferation on tumor cells. Conclusion: BPP-II integrates linking between humoral immunity and cell-mediated immunity, including antitumor. Significance: This might be the first sign of mechanisms involved in humoral immune system.
With the progressive proceeding of energy pipeline construction, long-distance petroleum and natural gas transmission pipelines were designed to pass through the mountain area of Midwest China, part of them have been threatened by severe landslide hazard. Therefore, the effective control scheme for the exiting pipelines across landslide area has been increasingly interested. A typical landslide in Western China area was taken as an example, from which the interaction model of landslide and pipeline was performed. On the base of the landslide characteristics analysis and numerical modeling, two kinds of typical control schemes, including anti-sliding piles and anchors supporting, were presented to carry out a comparative analysis and evaluation for landslide control. The results show that the scheme involving anti-sliding pile is the better scheme, whose cost and technical requirement are lower than that of anchors supporting scheme in the aspects of cost and the feasibility of construction. This study can provide a scientific basis for the optimal control scheme determination for the landslides with pipeline underground crossing in Western China.
This paper aimed at the problem of how to rapid repair the military airfield pavement after it be demolished. It adopted the coagulate faster and early strength special cement, superplasticizer and mineral admixture, used the demolished pavement made recycled aggregates, optimized the mix proportion design and studied the performance of self-compacting recycled pavement concrete of high early strength. The laboratory tests and used in field both indicate that the workability of the self-compacting recycled concrete is well, could be constructed conveniently, the 4 hours’ flexural strength after it mixed could achieve more than 2.5MPa and ensure one type plane take off safely, which could fulfill the technique requirements of rapid repair the pavement. The flexural strength could achieve more than 5.5MPa at 28 days, and the recycled concrete felt with the existent pavement well, which could fulfill the long-term requirements of airfield pavement, the concrete also could be used in the rapid repair the cement concrete pavement of civil airfield and highway.
