Farming cassava analysis of Gajah varieties(Case study in farmer livestock group Kerti Winangun,Bukti Village, Kubutambahan Sub-District, Buleleng Regency)Cassava is one of crops that economically potential to be developed in order to meet food needs in addition to rice. Village of Bukti, Sub-District of Kubutambahan, is one of the cassava production centers in Buleleng, but the locally developed cassava waslower in its production and productivity. In order to improve the productivity and production of cassava, the Farmers Group of Kerti Winangun of Bukti Village have developed superior cassava varieties of Gajah. This study aimed to determine the revenue, R / C ratio, and the constraints of farming cassava varieties of Gajah by the Farmers Group of Kerti Winagun at Bukti Village. The choice of location was done purposively and to determine the respondents, it was conducted by census. The results of the research of farm cassava varietiesof Gajah in the planting season of 2015 shows that the production cost of Rp. 15,738,424.00, with the revenue amounting to Rp. 47,367,300.00, which generated revenues of Rp. 31,628,876.00 per hectare with R / C ratio of 3.00 means that farming is profitable or feasible to proceed. Technical constraints faced were limited cassava seeds, and the attack of white pest. Economic constraint was the lower price of potatoes soggy in the market. Climate constraint was the low rainfall. Farmers are advised to take advantage of cuttings of cassava of Gajah varieties of the previous harvest, to perform processing of crops so as to increase the sale value, as well as building ponds to collect rain water for watering plants that can be helpful in the dry season.
The Analysis the Factors that Determinate Employee’s Job Satisfaction and Loyalty (The Case at Company’s Coffee by Golden Kirrin International, Badung Regency) This research aims to analyze the factors that determine the job satisfaction and employee loyalty in PT Golden Kirrin International. The research was conducted in the agro-tourism company PT Golden Kirrin International, Badung Regency, Bali Province, with 109 respondents interviewed. The data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis using SPSS. The results showed that job satisfaction and loyalty of employees of PT Golden Kirrin International supported by three factors, namely: social factor with the indicators are: motivation, the attitude of the leadership relationship led to the employee, employee relations with employees, work space, and punishment. Salary/wage factor with the indicators are: salaries/wages, allowance (Tunjangan Hari Raya), bonuses, job description, holidays, and reward. Work assurance factor with the indicators are: job security and safety assurance. The result of the assessment employee loyalty was analyzed from three indicators showed an excellent result, employees are very satisfied with company’s and employee’s performance and employees are very loyal to the company PT Golden Kirrin Internasional. The advice that can be given on the result of this study to PT Golden Kirrin International is that the leadership of PT Golden Kirrin International must maintain the level of satisfaction and loyalty of its employees, especially in the social and salary/wage factors. Because these factors are very significant impact on the achievements that have been set by the company. As for, the work assurance factor corporate leaders still have to pay attention, because this factor supports the creation of the welfare of the employees working.
Business Financial Analysis on Piggery (A Case Study of Piggery of UD Karang at Jagapati Village, Sub-District of Abiansemal, Badung)Pigs is one commodity of livestock meat producer. Pigs have qualities and abilitiesthat benefit namelyit hasfaster growth rate and also a higher number of piglets perbirth. Pork demand has improved in the area of Bali that can provide businessopportunities to UD Karang to develop a piggery by raising pigs to be fattening.Piggery business needs to do a financial analysis to determine the success of itsbusiness. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a piggery interms of financial aspects and the obstacles being faced. This research was conductedon a piggery of UD. Karang located in the village of Jagapati, AbiansemalSubdistrict of Badung Regency. The analytical methods used were quantitative andqualitative methods. The study results and the conclusions showed that the piggery ofUD Karang is financially feasible with NPV value of Rp 452, 693. 850, thenet valueof B/C of 1.3 and the IRR of 74.62%. The obstacles faced by the piggery of UDKarang namely respiratory disease in swine livestock, price fluctuations, andenvironmental pollution. Suggestions given to UD Karang that it should work withthe Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health, add good quality feed soas to meet the nutritional needs of the animals, and the pig manure should befermentedto be utilized as biogas.
Potensial for Developing Ornamental Plant Bussiness in Petiga Village, Marga Sub-District, Tabanan Regency. The potential for developing ornamental plant businesses in Petiga Village is certainly highly expected for business actors and the surrounding community, in addition to obtaining optimal profits, it is also expected to open up employment opportunities for the surrounding community. This study aims to determine the potential for ornamental plant business development, the characteristics of business actors, the contribution of businesses to household income, and the attitude of business actors to the benefits of ornamental plants business. This research was conducted in Petiga Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency from June to August in 2021 with a total of 40 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. Based on the analysis, it shows that the age of business actors is at the productive level, dominated by male business actors, high school/vocational education level, more than 10 years of experience, the number of dependents in the family is between 3-5 people, land area is more than 10 acres, micro business category business scale, and allocation of personnel employment using labor inside and outside the family. The average income of the ornamental plant business in Petiga Village is Rp. 25,299,697/year. The contribution of ornamental plant business income to the household income of actors is 60,24%. Assessment of business actors' attitudes towards business benefits 75% of respondents are in the category of agree. So that makes the ornamental plant business has the potential to be developed.
The Economic Benefits of Organic Certification on Cashew Farming in the Dukuh Village, Kubu Sub-District of Karangasem Regency Demand for organic cashew nuts in the international market is very high. The existence of organic certificate gives positive impact for cashew farmers, especially in increasing the selling price. Subak Abian Buana Kusuma is one of subak abian in Karangasem regency which conducts certified organic farming from certification institution of International Institute for Marketecology (IMO) Switzerland. Organic cashew certification is done by international certification agency IMO (Institute for Marketecology) Switzerland with the support of PT. PMA (Profil Mitra Abadi) and Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Karangasem to Subak Abian Buana Kusuma which is technically certified by ICS (Internal Control System). Revenue per hectare of certified organic farmers is Rp. 28,111,004,74 and non-organic farmers is Rp. 12,560,166.20, with a percentage of 119% greater income per hectare of organic farmers while the income per kg of organic farmers is Rp. 21,238.16 and non-organic farmers is Rp. 11,721.14 / kg with a percentage of 81% larger per kilogram of organic farmers. Premium price received by farmers is Rp.9000,00 with the cost of certification per kg is Rp. 163.00. Organic premium received by farmers is Rp. 9,517,02 / kg. The RC ratio of Subak Abian Buana Kusuma and Pandan Sari were 4.69 and 2.87 respectively, and the Profit Rate was 369% and 187%, compared to 5% for 5% said to be very worthy to be cultivated. The value of t arithmetic> t table (2.34> 2.05), means that the income per hectare of organic cashew farms is greater than non-organic cashew nut production.
