The right issue is the issuance of new shares conducted by companies where the right to buy new shares is given to the old shareholders. Funds from the rights issue can be used by companies for various purposes, namely paying off debt and investment. In this study wanted to test the market reaction to the announcement of the rights issue aimed at paying off debt and rights issues aimed at investment and comparing the market reaction to the rights issue aimed at paying off debt and investment. The research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and which issued rights issues in 2015-2017 with a sample of 76 rights issues. The analysis techniques used were one sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a positive market reaction to the rights issue aimed at investment. Whereas in the rights issue aimed at paying debt there is no market reaction. This research also proved that there was no difference in the market reaction to the rights issue aimed at paying off debt and investment.
Dalam menyongsong Indonesia Emas tahun 2045 Indonesia mengalami bonus demografi di tahun 2030 sehingga harus memanfaatkan momentum apabila tidak ingin mengalami kemunduran demografi. Digitalisasi Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah (UMKM) menjadi hal penting untuk bekal menyongsong era tersebut. Tujuan kajian ini adalah menganalisis kebijakan dan strategi digitalisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam mempersiapkan ekonomi kerakyatan menghadapi era digitalisasi. Metodenya menggunakan studi pustaka dan kajian literatur. Sinergi antar Kementerian/Lembaga dan Stakeholders berperan penting dalam digitalisasi ekonomi kerakyatan. Universitas dapat menjadi perantara pelaku usaha dengan Kementerian/Lembaga dan stakeholders dalam proses digitalisasi. Universitas memfasilitasi, mengedukasi, dan mewakili; kemampuan teknis menjadi fokus seluruh elemen Kementerian/Lembaga dan stakeholder dalam digitalisasi ekonomi kerakyatan menuju keberlanjutan ekonomi. Strategi utama yang mempertimbangkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman yang dapat menjawab serta mengguanakan keunggulan kompetitif berupa strategi diferensiasi, inovasi dan operasional menjadi jawaban dari resiliensi UMKM guna pemulihan ekonomi nasional.
ABSTRAKLogo adalah sebuah tulisan, sketsa, atau gambar yang mempunyai makna tertentu dan bisa mewakili identitas atas suatu bentuk entitas, seperti lembaga, organisasi, perusahaan, daerah, negara, atau produk. Biasanya, suatu logo mengandung filosofi tertentu dan kerangka dasar berbentuk konsep yang bertujuan guna menciptakan sifat mandiri. Selain itu, setiap bentuk logo juga wajib mempunyai suatu ciri khas tertentu untuk membedakan logo yang satu dengan logo yang lainnya, baik itu dari segi bentuk maupun warnanya. Suatu logo yang digunakan akan menggambarkan kualitas seperti yang disimbolkan, seperti adanya pendekatan budaya perusahaan, penempatan posisi penting, atau aspirasi dari perusahaan itu sendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya wawancara, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan analisis hasil dari program kerja ini, hasil dari kegiatan ini dikatakan bermanfaat dalam penunjangan UMKM dalam pembuatan logo dalam bentuk sticker ini membantu pemilik "Entil" dalam mempermudah masyarakat luas atau warga mengetahui makanan Khas Desa Penatahan yaitu Entil.
This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, risk perception and technological progress partially and simultaneously on the investment decisions of the millennial generation living in Denpasar city. The population in this study is the millennial generation from the city of Denpasar who have invested in the capital market. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach and the sample size was determined using the slovin formula so that 100 people were obtained as samples with the criteria set by the researcher. Empirical data was collected by distributing questionnaires online using the Google form. The data analysis technique in this study used the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS 26 software program. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, risk perception, and technological advances have a significant positive effect on investment decisions in the capital market in the millennial generation in Denpasar city.
