Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran IPS berbasis Macromedia flash untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SD. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi esperimental dengan desain penelitian pre-test and post-test control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Sendangadi. Sampel yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling dengan 2 kelas kelompok eksperimen dan 1 kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi dan lembar soal tes. Analisis data menggunakan uji MANOVA dengan rumus Hotellings Trace dengan taraf signifikan 5%. perbedaan nilai signifikansi uji Hotellings Trace adalah 0,000 < 0,05 untuk uji beda kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran IPS berbasis macromedia flash efektif meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SD kelas IV. Media of social science learning based macromedia flash can increase interest, motivation and learning outcomes of fourth graders of elementary school. This type of research is R & D research by adapting Borg & Gall development procedures. The subjects of this study are students and grade 4 students of State Elementary School of Sendangadi 1 and SD Negeri Sendangadi 2. Data collection is done by interview, questionnaire and test. Data analysis technique using MANOVA test with Hotelling’s Trace formula 5% significance level of significance. This research produces media of social science learning in the form of media interactive learning based on macromedia flash. Media of social science learning based macromedia flash is very feasible to use based on validator assessment and test results in schools. Products developed effectively to increase interest, motivation and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of elementary school. The significant difference of the Hotelling’s Trace test is 0.000 <0.05 for the experimental test and control group. Thus, IPS-based learning media based on macromedia flash is feasible and effective to increase student’s interest, motivation and learning outcomes.
The 21st Century skills are a challenge in the science and technology sector in addition to just being excelled in academic performance. Therefore, it is important to innovate the learning process of natural science into learning that refers to the development of 21st-century skills. Digital Age Literacy is one of the 21st Century skills, which requires the ability to have logical thinking ability as the core of digital-age literacy. Then, this study aimed to analyze the influence of natural science learning aided by google classroom media to fostering students’ logical thinking ability. This study was conducted by using a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. Sampling was done using a simple random sampling technique. There were two classes in this study which had 77 participants consisting of 38 students as an experimental class and 39 students as a control class. The researcher collected the data of logical thinking ability using the instrument of logical thinking ability that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The analysis of data employed a t-test using SPSS 21. The results indicated that t-count > t-table (2.67 < 1.99) and p-value = 0.021 <0.05. It could be concluded that the natural science learning aided by google classroom media resulted in a significant influence on students' logical thinking ability. The result of the analysis could be used by educators for evaluating natural science learning, especially in elementary school in order to encourage the quality of students' logical thinking ability.
Kreativitas sebagai sebuah bentuk pembelajaran, merupakan bagian vital dari pengembangan kognisi, yang dapat membantu menjelaskan dan menginterpretasikan konsep-konsep abstrak dengan melibatkan keterampilan keingintahuan juga kemampuan menemukan, eksplorasi, pencarian kepastian dan antusiasme, yang semuanya merupakan kualitas-kualitas yang sangat besar yang terdapat pada anak. Aspek-aspek ini dapat diperkuat dengan memberikan penguasaan teknis dan visi yang lebih luas kepada anak, sehingga kretivitas dapat menginformasikan berbagai pembelajaran lainnya.Kegiatan pengabdian ini berbentuk workshop, berupa pelatihan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran kreatif. tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kratifitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran daring untuk membuat pembelajaran yang kreatif. Metode yang di gunakan dalam workshop ini yaitu; metode ceramahdigunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang materi yang akan disampaikan, metode tanya jawabdigunakan untuk menggali pemahaman peserta kegiatan dan metode simulasidigunakan untuk mempraktikan proses penilaian hasil pembelajaran kreatif.Khalayak sasaran pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu guru SD di Kecamatan Seberang Ulu Dua sebanyak 50 Orang. These aspects could be strengthened by giving children technical mastery and a broader vision,thus creativity can inform various other learnings. This activity was in the form of a workshop, in the form of teacher training in designing creative learning. the purpose of this service activity is to increase teacher creativity in the online learning process to create creative learning. The methods used in this workshop are;is used to provide an explanation of the material to be delivered, the question and answer method were used to explore the understanding of the activity participants and the simulation method is used to practice the process of assessing creative learning outcomes. The target audience for this community service activity was 50 elementary school teachers in Seberang Ulu II District.
This study aims to determine the effect of the think pair share model on learning outcomes that can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 11 Palembang. This research is a quantitative research using experimental method of Quasi experimental research with Posttest-Only Control Design. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variable (X) namely the thinkpair share model and the dependent variable (Y) namely learning outcomes. The research population was all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 11 Palembang, totaling 72 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this study was grouped into the experimental class (VA totaled 23 students) and the control class (VB totaled 23 students). Data collection techniques using tests, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used t-test independent sample t-test. The results of the experimental group research obtained an average value of 77.83 and the control groupobtained an average posttest score of 63.47. The results of the t_count test are 5.524 with t_(table ) 1.680 with a degree of freedom of 0.05, meaning that it can be concluded that there is an influence of the think pair share model on student learning outcomes for social studies material for class V SD Negeri 11 Palembang.
