Purpose- This study aims to determine the factors of economic growth in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The variables used include labor force participation rate, human development index, Poverty Level, unemployment rate, income inequality, and economic growth. Methods- Secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics were processed using multiple linear regression. Findings- The study show that only force participation rate and unemployment rate were proven to significantly affect economic growth, while human development index, poverty level, and income inequality were not statistically significant. Implications- This study can provide important information on the factors shaping economic growth as a basis for future decision making. Abstrak Tujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pertumbuhan ekonomi di 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan antara lain tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja, indeks pembangunan manusia, tingkat kemiskinan, tingkat pengangguran, ketimpangan pendapatan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode- Data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik diolah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan- Studi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hanya tingkat partisipasi angkatan dan tingkat pengangguran yang terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan indeks pembangunan manusia, tingkat kemiskinan, dan ketimpangan pendapatan tidak signifikan secara statistik. Implikasi- Studi ini dapat memberikan informasi penting tentang faktor-faktor yang membentuk pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan di masa depan
This study studied what factors influence the income of traders in the Cinere Tradisional Market Depok. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with a total of 50 traders. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents taken through the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. While the data collection method uses questionnaires and interviews. The variables used include education level (X1), Business Capital (X2), Costs (X3), Duration of Business (X4) Working Hours (X5) and merchant income (Y). Data analysis used is multiple linear regression model of ordinary least square (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study showed that the variable partial variables that significantly affect the merchant income of traders Cinere traditional market includes business capital (X2), Costs (X3) and working hours (X4). While the level of education variable (X1) and duration of business (X4) is not suitable for the income of traders in the Cinere traditional market Depok. Furthermore, the variables of business capital, costs, and working hour together have a significant effect on the income of traders in the Cinere Traditional market Depok. The influence of dependent variables similarly gave significant influence towards the merchant income was in the percentage of 56,1% and the remaining 43,9% is affected by the other variables.
One of the important activities business was service quality which is must be realized and main prioritized by the organization. This research studied the influence of service quality to customer satisfaction in D’Besto Restaurant in Jagakarsa South Jakarta. Services of the employee are business activities that result was not a product in a physical form or construction which is one of the factors that affect customer satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the quality service of employees influenced by customer satisfaction. This research uses the descriptive quantitative method and the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents taken through the incidental sampling technique. While the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used is a simple linear regression model of ordinary least square (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study with the correlation coefficient (r) are 0,828 showed that the variable of service quality significantly affects the customer satisfaction. The influence of dependent variables (service quality) similarly gave significant influence towards the customer satisfaction percentage of 68,6% and the remaining 31,4% is affected by the other variables. Based on the result improves that by increasing the quality of the service, the employee service functions more effective, efficient, and gives more satisfaction to the customer.
Pemberlakuan pembatasan mobilisasi masyarakat selama pandemi yang diterapkan pemerintah dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat juga berlaku dalam kegiatan berorganisasi, salah satunya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada mitra kelompok masyarakat khususnya Karang Taruna untuk mendukung upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian virus Covid-19. dengan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dengan mitra PM yaitu Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja dilakukan secara virtual, dalam upaya menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Permasalahan utama Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja antara lain kemampuan dalam bidang desain promosi usaha masih kurang dan perlunya aplikasi digital yang menarik dan mudah sebagai media untuk membuat dan mendesain brosur, logo, dan presentasi usaha atau kegiatan organisasi. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada para anggota Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja secara online melalui aplikasi zoom. Tahapan pelaksanaan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu (1) persiapan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) evaluasi dan publikasi. Solusi yang dicapai melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu pengurus dan anggota karang taruna dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan aplikasi canva dalam pembuatan desain promosi usaha yang mudah, efektif, dan menarik. Hasil atau luaran kegiatan ini berupa press release pada media elektronik online, artikel pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat, video dokumentasi pelaksanaan, dan 26 anggota Karang Taruna Desa Sukaharja mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menggunakan komputer, sehingga dapat menggunakan aplikasi canva. Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi canva ini akan diberikan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan agar diperoleh pencapaian hasil yang optimal The government's implementation of restrictions on community mobilization during the pandemic in social life also applies to organizational activities, one of which is community service activities for community group partners, especially Karang Taruna to support efforts to prevent and control the Covid-19 virus. by implementing health protocols. The main problems of Karang Taruna Sukaharja Village include the lack of ability in the field of business promotion design and the need for attractive and easy digital applications as a medium for creating and designing brochures, logos, and presentations of business or organizational activities. The implementation method used is to provide training to members of the Karang Taruna Sukaharja Village online through the zoom application. The implementation stages go through three stages, namely (1) preparation, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation and publication. The solution achieved through this community service activity is that the administrators and members of the youth organization can take advantage of the use of the Canva application in making business promotion designs that are easy, effective, and attractive. The results or outputs of this activity are in the form of press releases on online electronic media, articles in community service journals, video documentation of the implementation, and 26 members of Karang Taruna Sukaharja Village are able to increase their knowledge and skills using computer, so they can use the Canva application. This training on the use of the Canva application will be provided gradually and continuously in order to obtain optimal results
This research is descriptive qualitative with the aim of describing the Empowerment and Development of Community Resilience Activities in Disaster Resilient Villages in Riau Province. To get a complete picture and to be able to provide evaluations on several aspects of the assessment, monitoring of the implementation of activities is carried out through direct interviews with activity actors and reading literature through documents and reports on the implementation of activities. In general, all stages of Activities Empowerment and Development of Community Resilience in Disaster Resilient Villages has been carried out in Riau Province, namely in Siak Regency and Kampar Regency. In Siak Regency, activities were carried out in 3 (three) sub-districts and 3 (three) villages/kelurahan. Meanwhile in Kampar Regency, activities were carried out in 2 (two) sub-districts and 2 (two) villages/kelurahan. Empowerment and Development of Community Resilience in Disaster Resilient Villages in Riau Province. In general, it has achieved its objectives, but during the implementation of the activity stages, it has faced several problems. One suggestion for improving activities is to provide a budget for training (continuity) in forest fire control for government officials, village volunteers and forestry companies as well as communities around the forest.
