Objetivo: descrever e delimitar possíveis fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento de SHEG de acordo com achados da literatura. Para esta pesquisa, houve a necessidade de realizar um estudo quantitativo e qualitativo revisional a partir de achados em plataformas de pesquisas acadêmicas (BVS, LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE) nos anos de 2015 a 2020 sendo separados até chegar em 7 artigos de uso. Alguns achados em que define-se como fatores de risco a idade materna, etnia, nível socioeconômico e patologias pré-existentes como a hipertensão arterial sistêmica, obesidade diabetes e outros para que possa prevenir ou tratar com antecedência é papel da enfermagem durante o pré-natal fazer associações com a história clinica além de exames físicos, bioquímicos como os níveis plasmáticos de plaquetas, proteinúria e hematócritos. Por conseguinte, o acompanhamento do enfermeiro que tem mais contato com a gestante/parturiente por meio das consultas pré-natais e no pós-parto- torna-se imprescindível, com colaboração da equipe multidisciplinar, observando de forma criteriosa todos os parâmetros indicativos de SHEG podendo fazer um rastreamento precoce e o cuidado correto com a gestante acometida por estas patologias contribuindo para a redução da mortalidade materno-fetal.
Objetivos: Identificar por meio de evidências cientificas a assistência de enfermagem na prevenção e tratamento do pé diabético em idosos no período 2008 a 2017. Metodologia: Este estudo consiste na pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica qualitativo desenvolvida por meio do método da Revisão Integrativa de Literatura, sendo realizada busca eletrônica em base de dados especializados em saúde e enfermagem. Utilizou-se as seguintes bases de dados: Banco de Dados em Enfermagem (BDENF), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). Resultados e discussão: A faixa etária evidencia que com o passar da idade esse público se torna mais suscetível a patologias crônicas com o aumento do processo de envelhecimento. O autocuidado é fundamental para a prevenção de lesões nos pés de portadores de DM, sendo difícil adesão por exigirem mudanças de hábitos e costumes, e pela negação que o indivíduo sente sobre a possibilidade de ser afetado pelas complicações dessa doença. Conclusão: As práticas educativas são a maior ferramenta para contribuir para a prevenção do pé diabético e consequentes amputações, possibilitando assim, sensibilizar os indivíduos para o desenvolvimento de habilidades para o autocuidado e mudança do estilo de vida.
Objetivo: Caracterizar o conhecimento dos enfermeiros acerca dos risco e prevenções da lesão em córnea na UTI adulto. Métodos: Estudo qualitativo, desenvolvido por meio de uma revisão integrativa. Os critérios de inclusão foram: artigos publicados no período de 2014 a 2019, em português e inglês, disponíveis online na íntegra nas bases de dados propostas. Resultados: Verificou-se um conhecimento hipossuficiente sobre o tema em questão, pautando sua retórica em experiências pessoais e com baixo teor científico. Conclusão: Há uma dificuldade pautada no esclarecimento e compreensão por parte dos enfermeiros no que se refere aos riscos e prevenção relacionado a lesão na córnea. Esta realidade demonstra a relevância de investimentos em atualizações sobre o tema proposto direcionado para a categoria profissional de enfermeiros.
Objective: This research aims to monitor the profile of pregnant women attended by a Family Health Strategy (ESF) team. Method: Exploratory, retrospective study of document analysis, with a quantitative approach. Results / discussion: the medical records of 74 pregnant women registered at the FHS in Belém-Pará were evaluated, where it was possible to analyze the general profile of the pregnant women. Conclusion: based on the knowledge of the profile of these pregnant women, health professionals should rethink actions aimed at this target audience, especially in carrying out educational activities that help or develop a healthy pregnancy.
