The purpose of this research is to know the effect of work environment and work motivation on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 10 Sungai Gelam District Muaro Jambi Regency. The population in the study amounted to 35 teachers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that performance is not solely measured through how a teacher is able to be responsible for the students, but how the teacher is able to dedicate themselves to the development of education in the school. Therefore, factors such as the working environment should receive the attention of all parties involved in advancing the existing education so that the work motivation of teachers can be appreciated in the form of better learning achievement.

This study aims to determine the use of Anates software based media in learning evaluation courses at Batanghari University, Jambi. The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the technique in this study uses a purposive technique that is the determination of informants not based on guidelines or based on population representation, but based on the depth of information needed related to the research problem. The results showed that there was an influence between the application of the use of Anates software-based applications in the learning evaluation course with the item analysis material at Batanghari University, Jambi. Thus, the use of media in lectures is very helpful for students to be able to understand new knowledge and insights that are not only limited to theory, but rather to practice to support the theories they learn.
The link between student learning success with health factors and their physical strength in carrying out activities is none other than due to the existence of activity restriction procedures by the government since the onset of the Covid-19 virus. These activity restrictions do not only affect the economic and political sectors, but also the education sector. Where, the impact and consequences felt by educators, students and parents are quite significant and ultimately lead to various kinds of pros and cons to the implementation of education itself. However, the continuity of learning cannot be fully controlled by the school through the subject matter teachers themselves, but there is cooperation from parents and guardians of students in supervising so that continuity and children's learning activities at home can be maintained in the long term. This is because, when a child studies at home, there are many factors that can encourage their enthusiasm for learning to decrease, so that in the end teaching and learning activities are sufficient and only take place at that time and there is no continuous learning continuity. Thus, as has been known together and in general, that the use of learning media and educational media can overcome the problems that occur, both to increase creativity and skills, as well as the competence of teachers in the field of study, of course, to be able to attract students' interest and attention to the learning materials that are taught. be delivered. In addition, during the ongoing pandemic and the existence of policies through health protocols for the common good, online learning and using media based on Google Classroom can improve the continuity of student learning on an ongoing basis.
Errors in this learning process also occur in tertiary education. Some lecturers sometimes only focus on providing material with the aim of pursuing material achievement, so they don't think about how students understand it. This should not happen again in education, especially higher education, where students have been able to develop their own knowledge given. At the tertiary level, students must be able to develop what is in them. Students should be able to obtain information, solve problems that occur in learning. Based on the results of data analysis that have been obtained previously, there is a difference between the use of the lecture method with the discussion learning model and personal investigation on students of the Economic Education Study Program and the English Education Study Program, the Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Batanghari University in the Learning Evaluation course. This means that the application of new teaching methods can certainly have an impact and change even without eliminating the meaning of the learning itself. Thus, the application of the learning model is not only to attract students' interest and attention to the provision of lecture material, but to familiarize themselves so that they want to develop themselves in receiving information so that in the end it will improve their learning outcomes. This is because students are the final level in a learning process which is expected not only to have good character and personality, but also to have insight and knowledge globally as well.
