La (a)sexualidad infantil ha sido emplazada en discursos complejos yheterogéneos a lo largo de la historia. Actualmente contamos con un consenso de aparatos gubernamentales que reconoce una definición de sexualidad integral, positiva y amplia para la sexualidad adulta – tal es el caso de la definición de sexualidad de la OMS –, y sin embargo, cuando se refiere la sexualidad infantil, generalmente se la reduce a la prevención, restringiendo al mismo tiempo la noción de sexualidad a una sexualidad peligrosa. Esta operación que detectamos en una amplia variedad de discursos sociales se corresponde con enunciaciones del derecho internacional y a su vez con el estado de investigaciones sociales y humanas relativas a la infancia. El objetivo del presente artículo es poner en funcionamiento algunos significados dela estratificación de la sexualidad por edad, explicitando operaciones específicas del discurso social que la constituyen y (re)producen, especialmente en el campo de los discursos de derechos sexuales y reproductivos.
Resumen Basado en el análisis sociosemiótico de los discursos, deudor de Bajtin, Foucault y Angenot, el presente trabajo se propone abordar las diversas significaciones de la (a)sexualidad infantil en los discursos de prevención del acoso sexual de niños, niñas y adolescentes a través de internet -grooming- en la Argentina actual. En primera instancia, indagaremos en el espesor histórico del dispositivo de (a)sexualización infantil, regido por el modelo de estratificación de la sexualidad por edad. En segundo lugar, atenderemos cómo, en la industria cultural contemporánea, esas normas se ven desplazadas por otra tópica: la “hipersexualización” de la infancia. Ambas figuras cobran una particular complejidad en los discursos de prevención del grooming, que proponen un modo de gobierno fuertemente punitivo de la agencia sexual infantil.
Resumen: El presente artículo releva cómo el grooming devino un problema social en escalas globales y locales en el discurso social. El modo en el que se configuró esta problemática, hoy reconocida como un delito penal mediante legislaciones en muchos países del mundo, presenta complejidades, matices y solapamientos respecto de otras problemáticas del campo de los llamados riesgos en internet tales como la pornografía infantil y el sexting. Esto puede verse especialmente en los materiales audiovisuales de las campañas de prevención, que suturan modos contemporáneos de regulación de los límites morales y de las condiciones de aceptabilidad de las conductas sexuales de niñxs y adolescentes.Palabras clave: discurso -sexualidad -niñez -grooming
