Sortir du capitalisme néolibéral ne suppose-t-il de sortir du double jeu du marché et de l’État et ne pas se limiter à la seule défense des services publics nationaux et des biens publics mondiaux ? Cet article propose de dégager une alternative inspirée des théories contemporaines des commons. Tout en pointant certaines ambiguïtés des analyses économiques des biens communs, il pointe les enjeux d’une politique des communs dans une perspective institutionnaliste et constructiviste.
