The aim of the current study was to evaluate the effect of various factors of organizational climate on the teaching competencies of teachers in public sector school. Randomly selected 360 secondary school teachers and 900 students of grade 10th participated in this study. The researchers framed two rating scales, one for rating the organizational climate and second for rating the teacher's competence used to collect the responses from the target sample. An observation schedule was also administered. Data analysis was processed through SPSS version 21. The findings of Pearson correlation showed that organizational climate had positively influence on the teachers' competence. The decision making process was highly and positively correlating component of organizational climate with the teachers' competence factor, teaching methods and strategies competence. It was concluded that organizational climate was significantly correlated with teachers' competence. This indicates that by improving the organizational climate scores the teacher's competence can be improved.
Entering into SCO as a permanent member in September, 2021, Iran is focusing on new economic and strategic goals. Damaged economy and strategic setbacks, due to US sanctions, Iran has focused on the multiregional support for the strategic and economic takeaways. Iran joined SCO as observer and seated permanently after the struggle of fifteen years. China and Russia at leading positions, Eurasian States with rich resources and Pakistan and India as permanent members, Iran also wants to avail the opportunities as a permanent member of the SCO. The Focused objectives of the article were to explore strategic and economic opportunities and possible challenges for Iran at SCO. The qualitative methodology has been applied to conduct the current study. The present article concludes that SCO may bring huge economic and strategic opportunities for Iran. SCO member states can help Iran coming out of economic depression and providing chances to gain strategic benefits in the region. The article further concludes that US sanctions and some security concerns about Tehran may create some challenges for Iran on the way forward with SCO. Tehran should increase its ties with the SCO bloc and workout wisely on its foreign policy to get maximum benefits from the member states of the organization.

Quality of education depends upon the results that are provided by the experts of this fields.The purpose of the research on teacher's competence is to detect the root cause of the low quality of education in our school system (Kristiawan & Rahmat, 2018). It can be observed in the results of session 2014 (Kristiawan, 2014).If, apart from the mastery of studying material and teaching skills, a teacher is able to engage and work with colleagues and students and, since teachers are members of a community, find peace, values and meaning in the life of a school in which he works (Susanto, 2016). If school principals, staff, employees, and students are all involved in the process, teacher success would be ideal (Renata et al. 2018). If a profound devotion and a genuine goal are combined with a relentless awakening to all the shortcomings that exist and the determination to progress in a better way would be important to the teacher's performance. The adoptive community of the school is a means of enhancing the performance of teachers and others. Increasing the effectiveness of teachers is the result of teaching the values of the school which leads to increasing loyalty and commitment to the school which in turn improves the performance of teachers. Djailani has conducted research on the impact of organizational environment (2014). According to the findings of his study, the organizational environment had a direct impact on teacher success, both high and poor. The impact of the organizational environment on teacher success is estimated to be 55 percent. Nuraisyiah performed a related analysis (2014). The results of the study show the optimistic and significant effect of organizational culture on the performance of teachers in Pandan District, Central Tapanuli, the public high school of North Sumatra.According to the background information provided, organizational environment and school atmosphere are variables that are believed to influence teacher success.
