One of the most important things in universities is the development of information systems and management of integrated data, important because of the high needs and completeness of attributes in each component related to academic affairs in all universities. Primary data in academics are students and lecturers. Data management and governance are well taken care of in order to deliver information to be accurate, transparency, accountability and actual. Lecturers and students can apply the SDLC model to produce a system that will later improve or replace the old system, through the design and implementation of data management information systems. In the application of policies towards lecturers and students, in this information system will provide formulation and overview to the leadership.
At the beginning of the launch of LPG as an alternative fuel to replace kerosene, many cases of LPGexplosions were caused by gas leaks which were not detected early on. This had created 'anxiety' in the community so that people were reluctant to use LPG due to lack of socialization, lack of public knowledge about dealing with gas leaks and no tools for early detection of gas leaks. Currently, LPG (Liquid Petroleun Gas) in the form of methane gas is widely used by the community after the government launched an energy conversion campaign. Practically today, kerosene has been abandoned by many people and replaced by LPG. The method used in this study uses the PXP (Personal Extreme Programming) method with single programming. Complete collection of information data allows developers to find views to create a software so that it can be right on target. This stage requires several steps, planning, design, coding, system testing. The goal is to produce a useful tool which can be used by the wider community. This tool can detect gas leaks precisely if the sensor is heated and the gas source is not mixed with free air. This tool can send a signal in the form of an SMS warning automatically and can sound an alarm so that people around who hear the alarm can know.
Eprocurement adalah sistem procurement berbasis web yang merupakan bagian dari sistem logistik dimulai dari e-registrasi vendor, Pengelolaan purchase requistion hingga proses draft purchase order. E-procurement ini berjalan dibawah sistem logistik, dimana sistem logistik berada pada aplikasi SAP karakatau Bandara samudera. Melihat hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan pengintegrasian antara sistem eprocurement dengan aplikasi SAP agar saling berkomunikasi dalam pertukaran data. Dalam proses integrasi eprocurement dan aplikasi SAP maka peneliti menggunakan metode service oriented architecture (SOA) yang bertujuan untuk mengotomasikan proses bisnis yang berhubungan dengan procurement / pengadaan. Metode SOA merupakan salah satu cara perancangan aplikasi dengan mengunakan komponen sistem yang ada dilakukan dengan cara permasalahan terbagi menjadi beberapa service serta berfungsi mengintegrasikan sistem yang berbeda tetapi lebih mudah beradaptasi dengan perubahan environment, selain itu juga lebih efektif dan efesien. SOA ini diterapkan karena eprocurement berbasis web sedangkan aplikasi SAP berbasis desktop sehingga memudahkan dalam pertukaran data yang memiliki perbedaan platform.
Dokumen SKPL ini dibagi menjadi tiga bagian utama. Bagian utama berisi penjelasan tentang dokumen SKPL yang mencakup tujuan pembuatan dokumen ini, lingkup masalah yang diselesaikan oleh perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan, definisi, referensi, dan deskripsi umum. Bagian kedua berisi penjelasan secara umum mengenai perangkat lunak yang akan dikembangkan meliputi fungsi dari perangkat lunak, karakteristik pengguna, batasan, dan asumsi yang diambil dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Bagian ketiga berisi uraian kebutuhan perangkat lunak secara lebih rinci.
