No presente artigo, apresentamos o recorte de uma pesquisa de mestrado cujo objetivo foi o de investigar que elementos dos saberes docentes são colocados em ação na prática pedagógica quando o professor formador articula linguagem matemática e língua materna no ensino de Geometria em uma disciplina de Metodologia de Ensino de Matemática em um curso de Pedagogia. Para tanto, como opção metodológica, realizamos uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso, com uma professora formadora, em uma universidade pública, localizado no Estado do Paraná. Analisamos os dados, organizando-os na forma de episódios. Para este artigo, trazemos um dos episódios analisados, no qual, a professora formadora defende o ensino de Geometria por meio de atividades práticas e materiais manipuláveis. Os resultados mostraram que a professora formadora apresentou às futuras pedagogas possibilidades com materiais manipuláveis para o ensino de geometria, revelando uso de saber profissional. Todavia, no decorrer da utilização desses materiais, não se aprofundou nos conteúdos que poderiam ser ministrados em sala de aula. Diante disso, não percebemos em sua prática a articulação entre linguagem geométrica e a língua materna que pudesse promover a formação das futuras pedagogas. Concluímos que é necessário haver aprofundamento dos saberes disciplinares, ligados aos conhecimentos geométricos a serem ensinados nos anos iniciais para que se tenha oportunidades de estabelecer uma articulação entre linguagem matemática e língua materna.
ResumoEste trabalho tem como objetivo minimizar o custo total da produção de alimentos de um Restaurante Universitário, utilizando modelos matemáticos de Programação Linear. Os custosótimos obtidos pelos modelos são comparados com os custos reais vivenciados pelo restaurante, levando em consideração a demanda diária das refeições, a quantidade e o perfil de usuários, além dos nutrientes indispensáveis para suprir as necessidades diárias em cada refeição (almoço e jantar). O Método Simplexé aplicado nos modelos propostos para obtenção das soluçõeś otimas, ou seja, dos custos mínimos de produção. Os resultados se mostram promissores e auxiliam na tomada de decisão, proporcionando aumento do lucro na produção dos alimentos e, consequentemente, diminuição de desperdícios, quando comparados com a prática usual do restaurante em estudo.Palavras Chave: Restaurante Universitário. Programação Linear. Método Simplex. IntroduçãoO restaurante universitário (RU) em estudo está localizado na Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, câmpus Cornélio Procópio. Possui um grande número de usuários eé utilizado por alunos, professores e servidores que realizam suas refeições (almoço e jantar) diariamente. Atualmente, foi necessário um aumento do espaço físico do restaurante, em virtude do crescimento do número de usuários. Diante deste fato, este restaurante deve então produzir uma quantidade maior de alimentos em cada refeição para atender a demanda diária de almoço e jantar. O cardápio básicoé composto por arroz, feijão, bisteca e frango grelhado. Cada usuário pode se servir de arroz, feijão e escolher um destes dois tipos de carne oferecidos.Com este consequente aumento da produção dos alimentos, surgiu a preocupação com o aumento de possíveis sobras e com o custo total da produção destes alimentos, o que pode afetar o lucro da empresa responsável pelo funcionamento do restaurante, queé terceirizado. A partir deste contexto, este trabalho propõe uma formulação matemática do problema apresentado como um Problema de Programação Linear * Departamento de Matemática câmpus Cornélio Procópio.
