Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari peraturan Gubernur Nomor. 81 Tahun 2014 tentang Penanganan pasung di kabupaten Kulonprogo. Latarbelakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada analisis peneliti menemukan bahwa masih banyaknya keluarga yang melakukan pemasungan dan kurangnya koordinasi lintas sektor DIY tingkat Kab/Kota dalam menangkap isu pemasungan yang terjadi. Implementasi peraturan gubernur mengenai penanganan pasung ini jika dilihat dari fakor diatas masih membutuhkan usaha yang lebih keras dan belum berjalan dengan baik. Untuk menganalisis implementasi peraturan gubernur tersebut peneliti menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah implementasi, Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa dan penanganan pasung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan gubernur Nomor 81 tahun 2014 ini belum terimplementasikan dengan baik sesuai dengan apa yang diatur di dalam pergub tersebut. Maka diperlukannya upaya yang lebih keras dalam penjalanan fungsi atas peran yang tertera dalam pergub. Untuk faktor penghambat implementasi Pergub ini berupa stigma negatif keluarga dan masyarakat, belum adanya jobdesk yang terperinci, ODGJ yang dipasung tidak memiliki kartu identitas, tidak adanya perencanaan dan anggaran yang jelas, belum adanya Unit atau LSM yang bergeraak di bidang ODGJ, serta fasilitas puskesmas yang belum memiliki rawat inap untuk ODGJ. Untuk faktor pendukungnya adalah kepedulian pemerintah DIY, sosialisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia serta pentingnya keberadaan rumah sakit jiwa dan puskesmas yang memiliki pelayanan terhadap ODGJ.
Halal tourism analyses of the development goals often stress the importance of the locality-asset promotion, in which dynamic changes to support the development of potential asset and enterprises players have become driving factors in producing generous well-being outcomes. Challenging such analyses, this article highlights the importance of understanding how locality-based halal tourism contributes to the wider-ranging of reformulated tourism policies in Bangka Belitung. Using a qualitative method, the article investigates the promotion strategy of the development of halal tourism involved the role of policymakers, where the data obtained interviews and documentation. The informants were selected by purposive sampling to understand how halal tourism developed. As it turns out, significant variables expanded in terms of halal tourism's features and advantages, and it is necessary to involve the religious institution driving forces that issued the halal production legality. It is profitable to provide various facilities to support halal tourism development. The collaboration between the Indonesian Ulama Council and the Ministry of Religious Affairs has been significantly affected to arrange reformulated the development of halal tourism to reference local governments to formulate policies in the local context. As an implication, promoting a new tourist destination needs a readjusting of the term halal friendly that implicated business players in managing the tourism industry.
Islam teaches people to consume halal and good food and drinks. The presence of this study aims to determine the strategy of LPPOM MUI Babel in carrying out concerns for halal-labeled products, and to determine the influence of LPPOM MUI on the dynamics of people's lives in Bangka Belitung. Qualitative and comparative descriptive methods are used in field research (Field research). Sources of data used come from primary and secondary data. While the data collection techniques with field observations and dissemination of google form links, unstructured interviews, and documentation. After the data is obtained, it is analyzed in three stages; data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and conclusions (conclusion). The phenomenological approach has been applied and strengthened by behavioristic theory. Based on the findings in the field, the LPPOM MUI Babel strategy: concern for halal-labeled products in general is appropriate, because it includes; INDHEX (Indonesia International Halal Expo), halal olympiad, halal food goes to school, halal tour (halal tour), seminar/talkshow, free halal certification facilitation, halal socialization to SMEs/big companies, halal socialization through media and social media, merchandise , and MUI administrators apply the principle of "buy and defend Babel halal products". While the influence of LPPOM MUI on the dynamics of people's lives in Bangka Belitung through halal product certification is still not significant in the field of using halal labeled products, this can be seen from the views of the pros and cons of the community when interviewed by researchers. However, based on the exposure of the Director of LPPOM MUI, it is quite significant at the level of "don't know to know", it means that people still don't understand what is halal. This article aims to sense the intellectual and social dynamics of alums of Islamic boarding schools or the pesantren from Bangka Island and their role in State Islamic University, PTKIN in Indonesia. These issues are analyzed with Linton's role theory. This qualitative research takes primary data from eight informants, while secondary data is taken from other informants as an addition. The data was collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The "Snow-ball Sampling" method obtained 57 informants and narrowed them down to eight. In addition, they were analyzed using three stages: orientation, exploration, and focus study. The results of this study explain that there are eight people from Bangka Island as alumni of the pesantren who have been currently taking part in PTKIN throughout Indonesia by occupying strategic positions and having significant influence in them, such as
