A análise do nível da Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) aliada à identificação dos principais fatores que a influenciam é uma das estratégias de gestão de pessoas nas indústrias. O presente estudo mediu a QVT dos colaboradores em uma indústria gráfica localizada no estado de Santa Catarina, Brasil. Para a coleta de dados, fez-se uso do questionário QWLQ-bref que alcançou 95% do total de colaboradores. Todos os questionários respondidos foram considerados válidos e utilizados na avaliação do resultado. A organização encontra-se entre os níveis médio e bom de QVT segundo a escala utilizada, visto que avaliação apresentou média global de 3,562 (71,24%). O domínio Físico/Saúde teve média de 3,601 (72,02%), o Psicológico de 3,465 (69,3%), o Pessoal de 3,724 (74,48%) e, por fim, o domínio Profissional de 3,459 (69,18%). O estudo mostrou que todos os domínios da QVT foram considerados satisfatórios pelos funcionários da empresa. O fator pessoal foi considerado como o fator de maior contentamento, enquanto o profissional o de maior descontentamento. A falta de investimento em qualificação foi apontada como o principal ponto de insatisfação. Por isso, sugere-se que os gestores da organização criem um plano de treinamento a fim de melhorar a satisfação dos seus colaboradores.
ResumoDevido ao cenário altamente competitivo imposto as empresas, torna-se evidente a necessidade de apoio para possibilitar o crescimento de novos empreendimentos. Este artigo tem como objetivo principal analisar a contribuição da Incubadora Tecnológica de Santa Maria [ITSM] no processo de graduação de empresas incubadas no que se refere ao auxílio oferecido para o desenvolvimento de pequenas empresas. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo de caso exploratório de abordagem qualitativa por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com a diretora da incubadora analisada e com quatro sócios-fundadores de empresas graduadas, pesquisa documental e observações diretas in loco. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que a incubadora analisada possui papel fundamental para o desenvolvimento de empreendimentos e pequenos negócios em fases iniciais. A oferta de recursos intangíveis como o conhecimento adicional e treinamentos aos empresários, aumento do capital social por meio da expansão da rede de network e legitimidade por agregar o nome da instituição de ensino superior da qual a incubadora pertence, podem ser considerados valiosos, raros e imperfeitamente imitáveis, o que permite o alcance da competitividade frente aos concorrentes já estabelecidos no mercado. Além disso, tem papel fundamental no estímulo do empreendedorismo, contribui para o desenvolvimento regional por meio de geração de empregos e retenção de capital intelectual. AbstractDue to the highly competitive scenario imposed on companies, it becomes evident the need for support to enable the growth of new ventures. The objective of this article is analyzing the contribution of the Santa Maria Technological Incubator [ITSM] in the graduation process of incubated companies regarding the aid offered for the development of small companies. For that, an exploratory case study of a qualitative approach was conducted through semi-structured interviews with the director of the incubator analyzed and with four founding partners of graduate companies, documental research and direct observations in loco. The results show that the analyzed incubator plays a fundamental role for the development of small businesses and businesses in the initial stages. The offer of intangible resources such as additional knowledge and training to entrepreneurs, increase of social capital through network expansion and legitimacy by adding the name of the institution of higher education of which the incubator belongs, can be considered valuable, rare and imperfectly imitable, which allows the competitiveness of competitors already established in the market. In addition, it plays a key role in stimulating entrepreneurship, contributes to regional development through job creation and retention of intellectual capital.
