Objective: To report the experience of implementation of a clinical equipment of health care production to homeless people, denominated Street Outreach Office. Method: Experience report in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Results: The Street Outreach Office implementation resulted from a demand for health care practices for homeless people. This implementation had intersectoral articulations, causing health professionals to carry out street care practices, which led them to strive for public policies, to rethink their actions in order to increase the resolution of care to this population. Conclusion: We should emphasize the importance of health professionals to reinvent their practices, daily, seeking partnerships and acquisition of new knowledge in order to achieve results that can reduce the demands of these individuals throughout their life routes.
Objetiva-se avaliar a tendência para o desenvolvimento da Síndrome de Burnout entre os residentes de enfermagem deum hospital universitário do município do Rio de Janeiro. O método é o estudo descritivo quantitativo transversal. Osparticipantes foram os 128 residentes de enfermagem de um hospital universitário da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. A coletae análise de dados se basearam no uso do Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) e um instrumento de dados sócio-demográficos. Resultados: A prevalência de resultado indicativo para síndrome de burnout na população estudada foi de 49% e adimensão mais acometida foi a exaustão emocional, seguida da realização profissional e despersonalização. Concluiu-seque os residentes de enfermagem fazem parte de uma população extremamente vulnerável para o desenvolvimento dasíndrome, sobretudo porque conjugam atribuições de profissionais e aprendizes.Descritores: Esgotamento profissional; Internato não médico; Equipe de enfermagem. RESUMOObjetivo: entender a motivação e as estratégias metodológicas de construção compartilhadade protocolos de enfermagem. Método: estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa, utilizando análise documental, em 2016.As fontes foram os documentos dos processos de construção dos protocolos arquivados no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem do Rio de Janeiro (COREN-RJ). Utilizou-se a análise temática de conteúdo de Bardin. Aprovação pelo Comitê de Ética da instituição,Parecer 1.508.499.Resultados: a análise apontou como fator facilitador do processo de construção de protocolos: a motivação dos profissionais envolvidos, as estratégias metodológicas de construção coletiva, adequação dos protocolos às necessidades regionais, e participação dos enfermeiros da gestão e da assistência propiciandoreflexão e contribuindo para maior segurança nas ações dos enfermeiros na atenção básica. Conclusão: a construção coletiva, a adequação dos protocolos às realidades regionais e a troca de experiências foram apontadas pelos entrevistados como fatores motivacionais para o estudo, a reflexão e a incorporação de mudanças às práticas de cuidado. Method: qualitative, descriptive study using documentary analysis. The sources were the protocol construction process documents filed with Rio de Janeiro Regional Board of Nursing. Thematic content analysis was used. The study was approved by the ethics committee (Protocol #1.508.49). Results: the analysis indicated that the factors facilitating the protocol construction process were: the motivation of the professionals involved, the methodological strategies for collective construction, the protocols' being suited to regional needs, and nurses' participation in management and care, facilitating reflection and contributing to safer actions by nurses in primary care. Conclusion: interviewees pointed to collective construction, adaptation of protocols to regional realities, and exchange of experience as factors motivating study, reflection and introduction of changes in care practices.
