ResumoO presente trabalho objetivou analisar momentos que caracterizam a prática, a formação e os dilemas cotidianos do profissional prático-reflexivo, buscando compreender suas crenças. Foram realizados 23 encontros entre seis professoras e uma psicóloga. As falas transcritas, divididas em 11 categorias, foram submetidas a entrevistas recorrentes. Os resultados indicaram a necessidade de vincular, na formação e no cotidiano do professor, teoria e prática, a partir da reflexão sistemática, cotidiana, democrática e compartilhada entre os pares. Isto tendo em vista a formação docente como um processo multifacetado, pautado em diversas dimensões, que acabam sendo edificadoras de muitos dos saberes docentes.Palavras-chave: Reflexividade; Crenças Docentes; Formação de Professores. SHARING FORMATION, PRACTICE AND DILEMMAS: A CONTRIBUTION TO THE PROFESSOR DEVELOPMENT AbstractThis paper aimed to analyse the moments that characterize the practice, the formation and the quotidian dilemmas of the practical-reflecting professional on trying to understand his beliefs. Twenty-three meetings involving six teachers and one psychologist were held. The transcribed speech was divided into 11 categories and, then submitted to recuring interviews. The data analysis indicated the need of linking theory to practice in the teacher's formation and daily routine, through a systematic, quotidian, democratic and shared reflection among the partners, understanding the teacher's formation as a multifaceted process, based on many dimensions which end in being constructors of much of the teacher's knowledge.
