Este artigo tem por objetivo identificar quais são os fatores institucionais e não institucionais que determinam as book-tax differences (BTD) das companhias abertas brasileiras. A amostra da pesquisa é composta por 124 companhias, com dados disponíveis para o período de 2010 a 2015. Os resultados indicam que a BTD total apresenta relação positiva com as variáveis rentabilidade, liquidez e a BTD defasada. Quando desmembrados os tipos de BTD, a rentabilidade, o crescimento da receita de vendas e a BTD defasada estão positivamente associadas à BTD temporária. A rentabilidade e a liquidez estão positivamente associadas à BTD permanente. Portanto, os resultados sugerem que a rentabilidade está associada com todos os tipos de BTD (total, temporária e permanente), ou seja, as empresas mais rentáveis evidenciam maior diferença entre o lucro contábil e o lucro tributável.
ResumoAproveitar o interesse e a experiência dos estudantes com o uso de tecnologias, para alcançar os objetivos de aprendizagem em um curso, é um desafio para os educadores. A produção de vídeo por estudantes é um método de ensinoaprendizagem que envolve recursos tecnológicos e exige uma postura ativa do discente no processo de aprendizagem. Essa atividade pode auxiliar no desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências necessárias à formação do contador, como, por exemplo, pensar conceitualmente, relacionar teoria e prática, e exercer criatividade e liderança. O objetivo desta pesquisa é, nesse sentido, analisar a percepção dos estudantes quanto à utilidade da produção de vídeos como um mecanismo de ensino-aprendizagem na disciplina Teoria da Contabilidade. Participaram da pesquisa 65 alunos matriculados nessa disciplina, no segundo semestre letivo de 2015, em uma universidade pública mineira. Os resultados da pesquisa sugerem que, na percepção dos estudantes, a produção de vídeos tornou o conteúdo da disciplina mais interessante, instigou a criatividade para utilizar os conceitos, além de desenvolver habilidades como comprometimento com o grupo, organização, planejamento, dinamismo, criatividade, proatividade, interpretação e autoaprendizagem. Conclui-se que o método é oportuno e recomenda-se a sua continuidade como didática no ensino de Teoria da Contabilidade e outros conteúdos.Palavras-chave: Produção de vídeos; Teoria da Contabilidade; Tecnologia de ensino.
The present article focuses on the experiences of this researcher while working with a youth chorus in Rio de Janeiro. With the goal of commemorating twenty years of activity as director of the choruses at the Colégio São Vicente de Paulo (Cosme Velho\RJ) in 2013, this researcher chose, for the annual concert presented by the youth choir SVEM, a repertoire of songs dealing with aspects of time; using this subject, it was possible to examine different interpretations related not only to the topic of time but also to the differences in meanings experienced by distinct age groups (the conductor and the young singers), resulting in a conflict of approaches during the rehearsals of the song "Sinal Fechado". Consulted authors, such as Deleuze and Benjamin, through their reflections on the work of Marcel Proust (especially In Search of Lost Time) bring to the fore discussions of the meaning of the perception of time; this researcher intends to translate those questions as experienced in the process of rehearsal. Using material from doctoral classes at the PPGM-UNIRIO, some thoughts are proposed for a deeper understanding of the subject.
