RESUMO:Objetivo: conhecer a percepção de enfermeiras obstétricas acerca da violência obstétrica. Método: estudo exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada com 19 enfermeiras que atuavam no Centro Obstétrico, Pré-parto, Parto e Pós-partode um hospital de referência materno-infantil da cidade de Belém, Pará, Brasil. Os dados foram coletados por entrevista semiestruturada, nos meses de abril e maio 2016, e submetidos à técnica de análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: as enfermeiras obstétricas percebem que a violência obstétrica se apresenta de diversas formas; entretanto, não reconhecem determinadas práticas como uma violação. Além disso, reconhecem que a falta de conhecimento da parturiente é um elemento devulnerabilização em relação à violência obstétrica,despontando para as repercussões do fenômeno à vida da mulher. Considerações Finais: O estudo revelou as percepções das enfermeiras vislumbrando a necessidade de estratégias preventivas à ocorrência do fenômeno da violência obstétrica. PERCEPTION OF NURSE MIDWIVES ON OBSTETRIC VIOLENCEABSTRACT: Objective: to get to know the perception of nurse midwives on obstetric violence. Method: this is an exploratory study with a qualitative approach performed with 19 nurses working at the obstetric, labor, delivery and postpartum center of a maternalnewborn reference hospital in the city of Belém, state of Pará, Brazil. Data were collected through a semistructured interview in the months of April and May 2016, and submitted to the thematic content analysis technique. Results: nurse midwives notice that obstetric violence occurs in different ways; however, they do not recognize certain practices as a violation. In addition, they admit that lack of knowledge by the parturient is an element that makes them more vulnerable toward obstetric violence, showing the repercussions of the phenomenon to women's life. Final Considerations: the study revealed nurses' perceptions, showing the need for strategies to prevent obstetric violence. Resumo: Introdução: A mentoria, na formação em saúde, implica relações interpessoais entre mentor(a) e mentorado(a), nas quais o(a) parceiro(a) mais experiente acolhe, oferece suporte, desafia e favorece uma visão mais ampliada da própria jornada do(a) estudante. Objetivos: Este estudo teve como objetivos realizar uma revisão integrativa de artigos brasileiros sobre mentoria em saúde e analisar e apreender os significados dessa atividade presentes nessas publicações. Método: A questão foi elaborada entre outubro de 2020 e janeiro de 2021, e delinearam-se as estratégias de busca e os critérios de inclusão e exclusão. O processo ocorreu via Portal de Periódicos Capes, contemplando as bases de dados Lilacs, Medline, SciELO e Scopus. Para as bases de vocabulário controlado, foram utilizados os descritores (inglês/português): mentoring, combinado isoladamente com education, mentors e faculty. Para a base de palavras-chave, utilizaram-se as mesmas combinações, substituindo-se education por health education. Resultados: A busca revelou 878 artigos, dos quais se selecionaram 12 como corpus da revisão. Os autores são docentes e discentes inseridos nas experiências. O periódico Revista Brasileira de Educação Médica é o principal veículo dos manuscritos selecionados. Evidenciam registros descritivo-analíticos de percursos históricos das experiências e as percepções e vivências no cotidiano delas. Há centralidade na abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa. Os significados de mentoria perpassam aspectos relacionados a docentes e estudantes no processo formativo da graduação, envolvendo cuidado, encontros, diálogos e vínculo. A análise das atividades de mentoria permite configurar questões relativas às interações mentor(a)-mentorandos(as) em contextos acadêmicos da área de saúde, com grande ênfase na educação médica. Conclusão: O desenvolvimento desta revisão integrativa permite sinalizar a mentoria como uma possibilidade de criação de um novo habitus na paisagem acadêmica. Na constituição desse habitus, os estudos enfatizam as relações de cuidado e humanização, resgatando a relação mestre(a) e discípulo(a) comprometida com a promoção e o desenvolvimento integral dos(as) estudantes.
INTRODUÇÃO: o Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde) foi instituído pela Portaria Interministerial n. 421/10. Enquanto política indutora formativa tem-se o PET Saúde Redes de Atenção (RAS) - 2013-2015, com objetivos de fomentar a interprofissionalidade. A Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) aprovou grupos Rede Cegonha (RC), desenvolvendo por meio de acadêmicos, docentes e profissionais do serviço, ações de educação permanente e o fomento à interprofissionalidade do cuidado, em diferentes cenários, incluindo a atenção primária. OBJETIVOS: apresentar as contribuições do PET-Saúde RAS, mediadas pelo diálogo interprofissional, na construção de protocolo de atenção ao pré-natal de baixo risco. MÉTODOS: construção aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética da UFPA nº 1337334. O construir do protocolo emergiu da necessidade dos profissionais preceptores e suas equipes ao encontro dos pressupostos da RC e consonante aos critérios da Organização Mundial de Saúde, por meio de: revisão sistemática da literatura individual e coletiva; diagnóstico situacional; reuniões entre o grupo elaborador–roda de diálogos dos sujeitos supracitados na construção coletiva do cuidado; revisão externa; fluxograma; validação pelos profissionais/usuários; limitações e implantação. As discussões englobaram os diferentes atores envolvidos: acadêmicos de enfermagem, farmácia, fisioterapia, medicina, nutrição, odontologia e terapia ocupacional; docente-tutora e preceptores do PET; profissionais da Estratégia Saúde da Família e gestores de Benevides-Pará. RESULTADOS: a elaboração do protocolo sustentou-se interprofissionalmente, apresentando todos os sujeitos como co-participes, na organização das oficinas; rodas de encontro e estudos dirigidos. Ao final de 02 anos foi elaborado o Protocolo de Atenção ao Pré-natal de baixo risco ao encontro das preconizações de saúde, necessidades epidemiológicas e dos serviços do município e olhares interprofissionais. CONCLUSÕES: a construção do protocolo mediado pelo diálogo interprofissional foi protagonista de aprendizado dos envolvidos, favorecendo o refletir e viver processos que promoveram desenvolver trabalho em equipe com integração e colaboração primando pela qualidade da atenção.
