<p>Abstract. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the drill method in improving the results of volleyball under-passing learning of fifth grade students of Mlese 1 Elementary School in Klaten Regency, Semester I 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research subjects consisted of 18 students. The instrument used to measure the success of teacher and student activities in teaching and learning activities is by using an observation sheet, while measuring student learning outcomes is a cognitive, affective and psychomotor test. This<br />research was conducted in two cycles. The stages in this study follow the procedure of classroom action research, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation of actions, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. From the results of the study concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency using the drill method showed maximum results, where in the first cycle the completeness level of teacher activities in carrying out learning activities only reached 72.72%<br />and increased in cycle II to 100%, for student learning completeness data 70% and experienced an increase in cycle II to 90%, this has exceeded standards based on minimum completeness criteria of 85%. While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle only reached 66.67%, increasing in the second cycle to 94.44% or have reached the level of learning completeness set by the school which is 80%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the drill method can improve the results of volleyball under-passing learning in grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency, first semester of the school year 2018/2019.</p>
ABSTRAKWacana desentralisasi pembangunan berkembang seiring dengan hadirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 tentang Otonomi Daerah. Fenomena desentralisasi pembangunan yang diwujudkan dengan kebijakan pemekaran wilayah, saat ini masih menyisahkan berbagai macam persoalan. Kemiskinan menjadi persoalan fundamental yang banyak dihadapi oleh beberapa Daerah Otonomi Baru. Sebagai upaya untuk menanggulangi persoalan kemiskinan, Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat merencanakan program strategis yang diberi nama Program Marasa. Perencanaan Program Marasa melibatkan koordinasi lintas sektor, sehingga berdampak pada adanya persoalan ego sektoral antarinstansi dalam upaya komunikasi yang terjadi di antara unsur Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan sosiogram atau struktur jaringan komunikasi OPD Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dalam merencanakan Program Marasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis jaringan komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua titik sentral dalam jaringan komunikasi antar OPD Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, yaitu Badan Perencana Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) serta Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD). Bappeda berperan sebagai opinion leader yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan program yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam Desa Marasa. Bappeda juga berperan sebagai broker yang menyampaikan informasi terkait penyusunan Program Marasa ke OPD lainnya. Berbeda dengan Bappeda, DPMD berperan sebagai gate keepers dengan jaringan ego jauh lebih kompleks dibandingkan dengan jaringan ego Bappeda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah perlu mendesain strategi komunikasi yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses koordinasi antarlembaga pemerintahan. Waste has become a national problem especially in big cities in Indonesia. Waste in large quantities not only causes environmental problems but also social problems, horizontal conflicts are often emerged due to waste. This encourages the need for a development communication approach to encourage the community to participate in managing waste properly from the source which is household. This research aims to know and analyze development communication approach developed by Bantul Local Government and Independent Waste Management Network (JPSM) "AMOR" in the activity of waste management literacy in order to make Bantul Clean from waste 2019 and Indonesia Free from waste 2020. Theory used is Communication Theory Development and Eco-literacy of the Fritjof Capra. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection method of; Interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. The result of the research shows that waste literacy based on formal and informal development communication approach synergizes between top-down and bottom-up which is dominated by interpersonal communication form. The level of literacy in the community varies from the low to the level of literate (waste-literate).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa khususnya pada pembelajaran matematika pada siswa SMAN 1 Ngaglik tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation. Penelitian diaksanakan di kelas XI MIPA 1 dengan jumlah subjek yaitu 34 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus dibagi menjadi empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Siklus pertama dan siklus kedua masing-masing terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Lembar observasi kemandirian belajar siswa, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan lembar angket kemandirian belajar siswa digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif pada setiap akhir siklus untuk refleksi. Hasil pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas khususnya pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Rata-rata skor kemandirian belajar siswa pada lembar observasi kemandirian belajar siswa meningkat dari 64,11% pada siklus I menjadi 78,8% pada siklus II. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada angket kemandirian belajar meningkat dari 70,06% pada siklus I menjadi 78,37% pada siklus II.
