Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kondisi internal dan lingkungan eksternal dari usaha kue di KWT Ayu Tangkas, serta menentukan strategi dalam pengembangan usaha kue di KWT Ayu Tangkas. Pemilihan responden dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 21 responden. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan manajemen strategi terdiri dari: 1) Tahap pengumpulan data (Input Stage) dengan menggunakan matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE); 2) Tahap analisis (Matching Stage) dengan menggunakan matriks Internal External (IE) dan matriks Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT); dan 3) Tahap pengambilan keputusan (Decision Stage) dengan pengambilan keputusan menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi internal yaitu: Kualitas dari produk, Harga terjangkau, Hubungan pengurus dengan anggota, Produk sudah dikenal masyarakat, Ketersediaan Bahan Baku, Rendahnya Kualitas SDM, Keterbatasan memperoleh modal, Keterbatasan mendapatkan informasi pasar, Jenis produk 1 macam, dan Kurangnya promosi. Sedangkan Lingkungan eksternal yaitu: Bendu jajanan Khas Daerah Setempat, Permintaan Bendu, Perhatian Institusi pada KWT, Perkembangan Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Produksi, Kemudahan dalam duplikasi produk oleh pesaing, Munculnya Pesaing baru, Naiknya harga Bahan Baku, Keterbatasan waktu dengan kegiatan adat, dan Perubahan selera konsumen. Strategi tebaik yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan Manajemen produksi.
Soybean is a national strategic food crop commodity with high economic potential. Soybean has many products that are desirable to various classes of society. The development of soybean commodity farming is able to drive the economy in the region. This research intends to investigate the costs and income of soybean farming in Central Lombok District and investigate the elements that affect the production of soybean farming in the Central Lombok District. The data gained in this research are primary data with 30 respondents as farmers. Data were analyzed with the Cobb-Douglas production function transformed into the regression function. The results revealed that the average total cost spent by farmers was Rp. 3.694.927/Ha and an average total receipt of Rp. 7.008.000/Ha, so that the average total income earned by farmers is Rp. 3.313.073/Ha. Based on the analysis of influence (statistical T-Test), the variable land area, urea fertilizer, and liquid pesticide have had an influence on soybean farm production. Based on F-Test Statistics, together all the independent variables have had an influence on the production of soybean farming in Central Lombok.
Virginia tobacco is one of the most cultivated plants by farmers on Lombok Island, one of which is in the Central Lombok Regency. Virginia tobacco farming is one source of farmers' income because the income generated is quite high. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the benefits of Virginia tobacco farming in Central Lombok Regency and to analyze the economic viability of Virginia tobacco farming in Central Lombok Regency. This research using a descriptive research method, and it was conducted in Janapria District, Central Lombok Regency, which was selected by purposive sampling with consideration of the area with the highest area and number of Virginia tobacco farming production. Data sources in this study include primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by a survey method of 30 respondents, where the selection of respondents is done by accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis in this study uses economic feasibility analysis including R/ C ratio and B / C ratio analysis. The results showed that the average profit of Virginia tobacco farming is Rp.42,349,763/hectare and Virginia Tobacco Farming in Central Lombok Regency is economically feasible because it has an economic viability value of R/C ratio of 1.9 and B/C ratio of 0.9.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh promosi berbasis sosial media terhadap hasil penjualan produksi pertanian Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ayu Tangkas di Desa Megati Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Megati Kecamatan Selemadeg Barat Kabupaten Tabanan yang melibatkan KWT Ayu Tangkas yang berperan dalam mengolah hasil pertanian menjadi makanan yang siap jual. Penentuan responden ditunjuk secara purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana promosi melalui sosial media mampu meningkatkan penjualan produksi KWT Ayu Tangkas sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pemasaran produk hasil pertanian KWT Ayu Tangkas di Desa Megati.. Marigold flower farming community is a group of farmers who carry out the processing production of marigold flower agricultural products. This study was to identify internal and external conditions, as well as determine strategies that can be used in developing an integrated marigold flower farm with Trigona bees. This research was conducted in the “Kayu Putih” Ancient Tree Ecotourism Area at Tabanan Regency in the Gumitir Flower Farmer Community, with a total of 26 respondents. The alternative strategy formulation process goes through two stages, namely: The data collection stage; and the Analysis phase. Based on the research results, the internal conditions in the development of Integrated Marigold Flower Farming with Trigona Bees are the availability of production facilities, short marketing chain, Religious facilities, Health products, lack of manpower, lack of skills, cultivation knowledge. While the external environment in the development of Marigold Flower Farming Integrated with Trigona Bees, namely: local government attention; establishing partnership relationship; development of technology and information; There are lots of bee-feeding flowers; competitive product price; changes in the weather; pest attack; Decreased tourist visits. These results place this farm in the position of cell V. The strategy used in cell V is a hold and maintain strategy. This strategy can be done through sales promotion with social media or extensive sales promotion, for example, by providing additional bonus products for purchases in large quantities and providing tour packages by adding flower and honey harvesting activities in the garden. Another strategy that can be done is to provide better services, such as continuous product availability, consistent product quality, timely and ordered delivery, and friendliness to customers and tourists when buying and visiting the Ecotourism Area of Ancient Tree “Kayu Putih”.
