This study aims to test the results of mobile applications, namely social mobility and communication orientation models that can be used on android mobiles. This application is applied for problem-solving learning in understanding the concept of a campus environment for undergraduate visually impaired students majoring in special education, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This research was conducted to measure the feasibility of a mobile application implemented through a questionnaire; then it was reviewed by a validation expert. Furthermore, performance test was conducted in order to be tested by the users. The application was deliberately created so that it can be operated via a cell phone. Based on the process of validity testing and practicality evaluation of the mobile application by the validator (electrical engineer) of all assessment items, the score obtained was 3.3 (good results). Meanwhile, the assessment to test application users as practitioners obtained a score of 3.2 (good results). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the social mobility orientation model and mobile application-based communication to solve the problem of understanding the campus environment concept in the Special Education Department of undergraduate students for visually impaired students proved its worthiness. Keywords: Social mobility and communication, mobile apps.

The use of detector vibrating watch could help visually-impaired athletes to directly determine their position and when would they arrive to finish line. This conditioning could minimalize the crash between athletes because each athlete could finish in their respective supposed track. Thus, visually-impaired athletes could achieve their maximum time according to their ability without hindrance during the dash. However, the development of detector vibrating watch had not yet being used as assisting product in the specialized 100-meter dash for the visually-impaired. Appropriateness of this detector vibrating watch model for track dash required thinking from athletic sport, special education, and electrical engineering experts via focus group discussion. The result of expert development showed that the detector watch model was initiated from the 100-meter dash for people with visual-impairment.</span>
Agricultural zakat is zakat issued from agricultural products cultivated by farmers from the results of working on their fields or gardens. By increasing productive businesses through zakat where the assets or zakat funds given to mustahik are not spent, but are developed and used to help their businesses, so that with these efforts they can meet the needs of life continuously. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that must be carried out when someone has fulfilled the mandatory zakat requirements. In practice, zakat is worship that has a strategic position as a form of effort to develop human welfare. Correct implementation is certainly very helpful, especially in economic recovery. Muktijaya Village is a village where 80% of the people work as farmers with the majority being Muslim. Most of them make rice farming their main job. The results they get on average exceed the nisab of zakat in general. In this case, of course, the people of Muktijaya Village cannot be separated from the implementation of zakat on rice farming. The majority of rice farmers there distribute their zakat directly to their relatives and neighbors who they consider to be people in need. give all zakat assets to one of the mustahik groups (people who are entitled to receive zakat), this they do to facilitate the process of distributing zakat. The amil zakat institution in the village or sub-district is still not optimal, the Muktijaya village community still uses directly what the lecturers, local kyai, have conveyed.
The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of language edutainment model of blind student in reading skill which is based on macapat song. This research is research and development (R&D). The findings or phenomena in the field of small scale experiment are: 1) macapat song is difficult to pronounce, 2) it is difficult to remember the intonation, 3) it is not a common song, 4) it is rare to hear, and 5) it is difficult to learn the lyric. The direction of small scale basic experiment had been revised into learning innovation strategy. It is conducted by improving gamelan orchestra from pelog into gerongan. On the other hand, the big scale experiment of 10 blind students shows that 7 of them have excellent predicate, 1 student with enough, and 2 with minus predicate. It means that the effectiveness experiment of language edutainment shows the pleasing, inspiring, challenging, and motivating for blind learning of disabled student at junior high school.
This manual aims to make it easier for teachers to deal with the problems of mentally disabled children in terms of social interaction. The development of the teacher's manual uses the 4-D model of Thiagarajan, S, Semmeln, D, S & Semmel MI (1974) which has been modified with the following stages: define, design, and develop. Data collection techniques are used in assessment instruments to obtain validation data, observations to obtain data on children's abilities during learning activities, and teacher responses to the personal social tutoring teacher manual with role-playing techniques. Data analysis used quantitative description. The results showed that using the teacher's manual in personal social guidance with role-playing techniques increased the social interaction of mentally disabled children. After giving ten times treatments to mentally disabled children, the social interaction of mentally disabled children increased. Mentally disabled children were able to interact with their friends step by step. Step independently. This can be seen from the results of the practical value of the teacher's manual is 2.7, and the value of the effectiveness of the teacher's manual is 3.0. So we can conclude that using the teacher's manual in personal social guidance with role-playing techniques to increase the social interaction of mentally disabled children in inclusive elementary schools is feasible.
