Es sind doch ausgesprochene Abweichungen zwischen Frauemifilch und Kuhmilcherni~hrung zugunsten der letzteren nachweisbar, tt6here PlasmaeiweiBwerte sind n~hnlich bei Kuhmilchern~hrung 6fter und best/~ndiger zu finden als bei natiirlieher Ern/~hrung. Wir nehmen an, dab dieser h6here Gesamt-eiwei~gehalt eine Folge der h6heren Eiwei~zufuhr und l~etention ist und als ein Zeichen betrachtet werden kann, dab der Organismus mit Eiwei~ reichlich versorgt ist. Gy6rgys ~ Auffassung nach werden die aus Kuhmileh retinierten groBen EiweiBmengen nicht gi~nzlieh organisiert, ein Teil der Retention wird nur als VorratseiweiB reserviert. Wenn die Wirkung dieser h6heren Eiweii]retention in dem Plasmaeiweil]gehalt zum Ausdruek kommt, so ist mit Recht anzunehmen, daft ein bestimmter Teil des 1)lasmaeiweiBgehaltes zu den vorratsartigen Eiweil]reserven geh6rt und seine Menge nach dem Zustand der Vorr/ite, im Blute zuoder abnimmt. Die Riehtigkeit dieser Auffassung best/~tigen auch Robertsons 2 Versuche, dutch welche erwiesen wurde, dab das Verhi~ltnis der Albumine und Globuline an hungernden Tieren best/~ndig und anf die Tierar~ eharakteris~isch ist. Die Erld~rung dieser Tatsache ist nach der Auffassung Robertsons darin zu suchen, dal] der Anteil der Sertunproteine yon hungernden Tieren, mit besti~ndigem Albumin-Globtflin-verh~tltnis, dem organisierten Tell des Bluteiweil~gehaltes entsprechend sei. Die Eiwei~menge, welche an ern~hrten Tieren fiber dem best/~ndigen Anteil des Bluteiweil~gehaltes zu finden ist, kann mit den zirkulierenden (Voit ~), vorratsartigen Eiweil~arten identisch sein.
