Purpose:to offer the variant of physical load's distribution in annual cycle of students', practicing cyclic kinds of sports training. Material:in the research pedagogic HEE students, specializing in skiing and light athletic participated (n=18 -boys, n=8 -girls, age -18-23 years). The students were divided into two groups: experimental and control. Results:by comparison we determined the following: volume and intensity of physical load in micro-cycle and macro-cycle; indicators of cyclic load's distribution in year plan of students' training. In cyclic group of skiers we used the method of standard-interval and alternative exercises. I.e. exercises of one load are fulfilled repeatedly. Other method implies variable, increasing or decreasing physical load. Cyclic load, fulfilled at heart beats rate of 160-190 bpm, accented on intensity, prevails. The main requirement is: fulfillment of movements with maximal quickness. In group of light athletic sportsmen the method of standard -continuous exercises, implying moderate intensity, was used. For example: standard current exercises -passing distance of 3 km, 5 km or 10 km. Cyclic load, fulfilled at heart beats rate of 140-160 bpm, accented on volume. Conclusions:In cyclic load of light athletic group aerobic character of work prevails. In cyclic load of skiers' group mixed and anaerobic character of work prevails.
to investigate the impact of gaming technology on the development of spine flexibility and movement coordination in children and teenagers. Material: the study involved children and teenagers (n = 670, age 8-12 years). The duration of the study was 2 shifts (21 days each) in a country recreation camp. There were conducted 42 lessons. In the first shift, schoolchildren (n = 330, control group) were engaged in the program of physical education of additional education. The basis of the program were the following sections: athletics, mobile and sports games, gymnastics (morning exercises), mass sports and sports events. In the second shift, schoolchildren (n = 340, experimental group) were involved in author's program. In the control and experimental groups, the initial and final level of development of spine flexibility and coordination of movements (agility, accuracy) were assessed. Each participant is asked to perform 3 tests. The test was evaluated on a 5 point system. Results: In both groups, positive changes in the development of spinal flexibility and coordination of movements were noted. The best dynamics is shown in the experimental group. This is explained by the following factors: an increase in the number of movements during the day on a certain group of muscles (morning exercises, mobile and sports games, massage, rhythm); concentration of motor activity on the development of spine flexibility and coordination of movements; a variety of gymnastic exercises; game form of employment. Conclusions: the purposeful use of gaming technology for the development of flexibility of the spine and coordination of movements can improve the performance of children and adolescents.
Purpose:to assess the impact of a special dosage load in Greco-Roman wrestling on the growth of students' sports results. Material:in research participated 2-3 courses students (n=29, age 16-19 years). The students were divided into two groups: experimental (EG, n=14) and control (CG, n=15). All students were engaged in 4 times per week for 2 hours. Complexes of technical-tactical and psychophysical tasks in the process of each training are realized for 7 -7,5 minutes (with a break of 30 seconds). Results:A special diagnostic toolkit has been developed to monitor the effectiveness of wrestlers' training in three indicators: physical, intensive and effective. It was revealed that in order to intensify the intensity of the competitive duel, a special loading dosage should be used. It is established that performing exercises with weights without taking into account the special loading dosing leads to a decrease in the speed of the wrestler's movements and to a slowing down of the tempo of the fight. At maximum speed-strength exercise, the athlete's ability to concentrate on coordinating his performance (on the technique of performing the exercise during a competitive duel) is lost. Conclusions:In case of a maneuver attack, wrestlers play out their opponent with false and preparing attacks. The technique of attacking style requires fast, sharp movements of the body with the capture of the opponent. Therefore, it is advisable to train an athlete in the conduct of a duel using the weight of his own body.
