Chronic neck pain has become an increasing health problem in young and desk workers. Especially in people who have to work on computers and who spend long times at the smart phones, the load on the neck increases due to the weight of the head remaining in the poor posture for a long time at the screen, which causes posture disorders such as forward head posture (FHP) and rounded shoulder posture (RSP). As a result of these posture disorders, neck-shoulder pain occurs. RSP is the dislocation of the shoulder joint to the front as a result of imbalances in the neck muscle groups. 1,2 In this posture, the elongated scapula is accompanied by its displacement upwards and downward rotations. It is often accompanied with FHP, which is called as upper cross syndrome. 3 While many studies have revealed that FHP causes neck pain, the relationship of rounded shoulder with neck pain is controversial. 4,5 In the evaluation of neck pain, a number of scales based on pain and/or movement limitations have been developed and gained widespread use. 5 However, we have recently come across many studies in which increased muscle stiffness's were evaluated radiologically. 6,7 For this purpose, ultrasound elastography
