Desa Cupang Kecamatan Gempol Kabupaten Cirebon menyimpan keindahan alam yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kawasan pariwisata. Kawasan Batu Lawang dan Petilasan Sunan Bonang yang terletak di desa Cupang menjadi daya tarik tersendiri dengan karakteristik yang khas, unik dan menarik untuk dikembangkan menjadi objek wisata. Pengembangan objek wisata dengan memperhatikan kearifan lokal dapat menjadi salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan taraf perekonomian masyarakat desa. Namun sayangnya saat ini potensi yang ada di desa Cupang belum dapat dikembangkan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pola pengembangan desa Cupang sebagai desa wisata yang berbasis kearifan lokal. Proses interaksi dan pendekatan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informasi dan data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara, pengamatan langsung, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), dan telaah literatur. Pendampingan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktik. Kegiatan ini memberikan pandangan dan gambarab bahwa pengembangan desa Cupang sebagai desa wisata masih memperhatikan dan memegang teguh ciri khas kedareahan dengan tetap mempertahankan tradisi dan adat istiadat yang ada di masyarakat. Potensi daya tarik wisata alam sudah dapat dikembangkan namun belum cukup optimal, sedangkan aksesibilitas, sarana umum, fasilitas wisata, pemberdayaan masyarakat, promosi dan pemasaran masih mengalami kendala untuk dikembangkan.

Mengingat pentingnya dunia internet, para programmer berusaha membuat dan mendesain program-program dan aplikasi yang dibutuhkan saat melakukan browsing internet. The development of information technology is very influential in the world of education, so that it can be used as a medium of learning. One way to improve the quality of education through technology is by organizing digital literacy. Digital literacy teaches a person to operate digital technology and think critically. Digital comics are one of the media that can improve students' literacy skills. This study aims to (1) determine the development of digital comics on student literacy, (2) determine the feasibility of the digital comic product being developed, (3) determine the effectiveness of the developed digital comic product. The research method used is research and development which refers to the Richey and Klein development model using three stages, namely: planning, production, and evaluation. The research was conducted for grade V elementary school students, before being tested on students the product was evaluated first by media experts, linguists, and material experts. The results of the assessment of the media expert obtained a score of 92.85% in the very good category, the linguist got a score of 80% in the good category, the material expert got a score of 94.23% with the very good category. Based on the results of experts, digital comic media is said to be very feasible. Furthermore, the one to one test got a score of 93.06% in the very good category and the small group test got a score of 92.08% in the very good category, so the product was said to be very feasible. Meanwhile, the effectiveness test of conducting the T test with the pretest and posttest obtained a value of 0,000 < 0,05. So it is concluded that digital comic media can improve student learning outcomes and can improve student literacy skills.
Decision making on hiring outsourcing employment candidate which still manually has impact on stucking application data, obstacle on placement process and unreal in scoring criteria. In deciding decision needs specific criteria for scoring performance result. This criterion can be standardized in deciding advisable candidate. The purpose of this study is building a decision supporting system, help the company in giving score and choosing new employment. SAW method uses for calculating criteria value base on the highest degree and calculating is taken from normalisation process. The data will be inputted in decision supporting system, and then it will be calculated base on specific criteria. The score from each criterion will be calculated to get the highest score. The result will give recommendation for company in deciding advisable candidate.
