El estudio evalúa la utilización de herramientas tecnológicas para implementar evaluación y coevaluación realizada por los estudiantes, en función del aprendizaje autónomo y la evaluación por parte del profesor, aprovechando el potencial de la retroalimentación instantánea de las herramientas que disponen los Ambientes Virtuales de Aprendizaje. La extensa implementación de estos ambientes virtuales en la educación superior hace que el blended learning sea una nueva normalidad, automatizando y facilitando el monitoreo de los avances en el aprendizaje, a través de la gestión pedagógica de prácticas efectivas. La propuesta de innovación propende al desarrollo de la autonomía y protagonismo de estudiantes en el logro de sus aprendizajes. El diseño metodológico es correlacional que busca establecer la asociación entre la confección de preguntas y resolución de test online por parte de los estudiantes y su nivel de desempeño en pruebas de conocimiento administradas por el profesor. Se aplicó en seis grupos de las cohortes 2016 y 2017 en la asignatura Investigación Educativa para carreras de pedagogías de una universidad chilena. Los principales resultados apuntan a una significativa correlación entre uso del ambiente virtual en la construcción y aplicación de instrumento tipo test y los resultados de desempeño en pruebas de conocimiento. Se concluye que el aprendizaje de los alumnos se potencia, al integrar la evaluación como parte del proceso formativo con un rol activo y autónomo de los estudiantes con apoyo de tecnologías.
Desde las organizaciones educativas, las tendencias en el conocimiento del liderazgo destacan que la visión exclusivamente individual, carismática y jerárquica está llegando a su fin. A partir de las lógicas de mejoramiento, innovación y complejidad de la organización escolar, hoy emerge como énfasis en la discusión académica y política educativa en países anglosajones una nueva concepción de liderazgo educativo, más transversal y con un énfasis en prácticas de liderazgo colectivas. Esta revisión describe el origen, contexto y manifestaciones con que se ha caracterizado el liderazgo en las instituciones escolares. Posteriormente se argumenta, en función de los desafíos actuales de la organización escolar, sobre la debilidad que comporta examinar el liderazgo directivo sólo como fenómeno individual y piramidal. Asimismo, se discuten y retratan características principales del denominado liderazgo distribuido. Para finalizar, se resumen las consideraciones tanto conceptuales como políticas sobre el enfoque de liderazgo distribuido en la escuela.
Diversos y múltiples estudios en esta década han destacado consistentemente, en independencia del contexto sociocultural y modalidades de organización escolar, la relevancia que posee el liderazgo en sus diversas acepciones como factor crítico del desarrollo de las instituciones educativas y sus resultados. Orientado por las interrogantes sobre cuáles son las principales prácticas de los enfoques de referencia en liderazgo escolar en estas últimas tres décadas y qué características evolutivas lo han marcado, se presenta este trabajo de revisión, que con base en el análisis de contenido, describe, ilustra y organiza sistemáticamente, por medio de tablas y figuras, una muestra significativa de dimensiones de la práctica del liderazgo con que se le ha identificado en su evolución conceptual. Como resultado de esto, se destaca que a las prácticas del liderazgo directivo individualista y jerárquicas se le han ido agregando características más participativas y colegiadas asociadas a una mayor distribución del poder en las organizaciones escolares.
El liderazgo distribuido, nacional e internacionalmente, aparece como una variable clave para entender y fortalecer el mejoramiento escolar, ya que supone reconocer una distribución del conocimiento donde la labor docente, por naturaleza, tiene un carácter colectivo y compartido. El objetivo de la investigación fue comprender las prácticas de liderazgo distribuido en escuelas y liceos públicos que desarrollaron proyectos innovadores, para lo cual buscó implementar un modelo de desarrollo de prácticas de liderazgo distribuido sustentado en la metodología de indagación colaborativa y describir el proceso en directivos y docentes dentro de escuelas básicas y liceos públicos (20 establecimientos de la Región de Valparaíso, Chile), los cuales fueron seleccionados tras la aplicación del Cuestionario Multifactorial de Liderazgo Distribuido. Los principales resultados apuntan a la importancia de los valores y creencias compartidas que potencian la distribución del liderazgo al interior de los establecimientos; en segundo lugar aparecen los focos de aprendizaje (aprendizaje profesional, aprendizaje organizacional y aprendizaje de los estudiantes); finalmente, la innovación o cambios se relacionarían tanto con la distribución del liderazgo en el equipo de investigación-acción, como con la distribución del liderazgo en la comunidad educativa. La necesidad de contar con un equipo capaz de movilizar conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes que faciliten la toma de decisiones y tenga la oportunidad de implementar herramientas investigativas para definir prioridades, objetivos y acciones resultan cruciales como factores de éxito.
