Tras el establecimiento del estado de alarma provocado por la COVID-19 y, el consiguiente cierre de los centros educativos a nivel nacional, la educación formal se ha trasladado de un contexto de enseñanza presencial a entornos virtuales de aprendizaje en cuestión de horas. La competencia digital supone una asignatura pendiente en la formación del profesorado. A pesar de los esfuerzos puestos por las administraciones educativas en digitalizar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en los entornos y sistemas formales educativos, su aplicación en las rutinas cotidianas de enseñanza dista mucho de la realidad. Además, es necesario tener en cuenta la diversidad del alumnado y aplicar medidas de disminución de las desigualdades del alumnado, ya que el rol compensador de la escuela (como institución) no puede suplirse a través de la virtualización de la enseñanza. A través de este estudio que presentamos, vamos a analizar la competencia digital de los docentes y las medidas de atención a la diversidad durante la situación de cierre de los centros educativos por la COVID-19, a través de un estudio de caso del centro educativo, de titularidad religiosa, “Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Jesús y María Inmaculada” de Miajadas (Cáceres). Este estudio nos ha permitido definir los niveles de competencia digital del profesorado durante el confinamiento, pero también ha puesto de manifiesto, el deficiente tratamiento específico e individualizado de los alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales de apoyo o refuerzo educativo.
Los actuales desarrollos legislativos en el marco de la atención educativa a la diversidad del alumnado, han puesto de relieve la necesidad de adaptar los modelos educativos actuales a las demandas de la escuela inclusiva y a las recientes investigaciones en el ámbito de la discapacidad. Estos nuevos modelos, ponen el foco en la mejora de la calidad de vida del alumnado, ofreciendo una educación adaptada y personalizada a las características individuales de este, dotando de calidad al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje y permitiendo la correcta adecuación de la enseñanza al alumnado, con el fin último de desarrollar su máximo potencial. El presente trabajo se presenta como una revisión del modelo de atención educativa que engloba las últimas investigaciones en materia de diversidad educativa. Partiendo de los principios de atención a la diversidad de la escuela inclusiva y del modelo de calidad de vida desarrollado por Schalock y Verdugo, se presenta una nueva concepción de la discapacidad en el área educativo, donde el alumnado adquiere el protagonismo de su proceso de aprendizaje, totalmente ajustado a su realidad personal, familiar y social, dando así respuesta a las demandas de la sociedad actual y a las demandas del alumnado en materia de inclusión dentro del grupo de iguales y de participación dentro del entorno educativo y de la sociedad en la que se desarrolla.

En este trabajo, presentamos una revisión de la normativa educativa española sobre la atención a la diversidad del alumnado y de las medidas a aplicar en contextos extraordinarios de aprendizaje, como el que vivimos a nivel mundial. Para su realización, hemos realizado un análisis de los contenidos, centrado en las medidas de atención a la diversidad existentes en la legislación orgánica nacional y en las directrices de aplicación del Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional. Las políticas educativas, y las administraciones responsables, no se encuentran preparadas para un cambio en la metodología de atención al alumnado, que incida en la disminución de las desigualdades del alumnado y proporcione un acceso equitativo al aprendizaje, ya que el rol compensador de la escuela (como institución) no puede suplirse a través de la virtualización de la enseñanza. En este aspecto, los docentes y la autonomía de los centros suponen un valor añadido en la igualdad de oportunidades, el cual se ve disminuido en entornos virtuales educativos por las condiciones socioeconómicas del alumnado, aumentando la desigualdad educativa.
El presente estudio realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica sobre la robótica como herramienta de promoción de la inclusión escolar, en base a lo explicitado en la LOMLOE. En el análisis, se han aplicado los filtros de la declaración PRISMA y la lista de verificación CASP, seleccionando estudios pertenecientes a las bases de datos SCOPUS, WOS y Scholar Google. Las principales conclusiones exponen la mejora de las habilidades sociales y comunicativas y la potenciación de la motivación y la capacidad de trabajo en equipo gracias a la inclusión de la robótica en el currículo escolar.
