The article developed a basic simulation model of diversification of foreign economic interactions, which makes it possible to assess the mutual influence of key economic indicators and their reaction to changes in the equilibrium in world markets. The peculiarity of the developed model of diversification of foreign economic interactions is its functioning as a complex dynamic system in which many factors are interrelated, and the connections are dynamic. This makes it possible to calculate a simulation model that takes into account hidden and subtle connections. While modeling foreign economic interactions and evaluating the influence of various regulators on them, in addition to the stage of model development itself, mandatory parameterization of this model is proposed, that is, the determination of specific types of dependence between the factors included in the model and the parameters of these dependencies. The implementation of this model can be carried out in any simulation package.
It is proved that the strategy of stability is considered when selecting an enterprise conservation strategy as a supporting its functional supply strategy. In this case, the company applies the existing (known) technologies for the production of the developed product, the qualitative characteristics of which remain unchanged. If necessary, the reduction of the presence of the company on the market should review decisions related to the volume of procurement and the nomenclature. In support of the reduction strategy, it is recommended to develop options for adapting material supply. In implementing the strategy of intensive growth of changes can be subject to the quality of procurement resources, the volume of procurement. The nomenclature of purchased resources, as a rule, remains unchanged, because the range of finished products is expanding slightly, mainly due to the modification of products towards quality improvement. Integrating growth requires revision and/or development of a fundamentally new supply strategy. This need is due to structural changes in the organization. Depending on the depth of implementation of development projects that cause qualitative and quantitative changes in the existing or newly created system of material supply, a methodical approach to the assessment of suppliers of material support in the process of development of an industrial enterprise is proposed, which allows identifying the best supplier from potential or acceptable, establish strong and the weaknesses of the interaction with the chosen supplier company. Taking into account certain advantages and limitations in use, the hierarchical model of choice of the optimal supplier is used to verify the results of the assessment. In order to confirm the optimality of the pre-selection, the priorities of the predetermined potential suppliers were calculated, according to indicators (implementation time, response to changes, compliance with requirements, level of development of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9000), have made it possible to confirm the optimality of the previous choice.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
