The paper considers the way to solve the problem of processing waste from the oil and fat industry, namely sunflower and soybean meals, which are a source of many valuable substances. The peculiarity of the work lies in determining the rational ratio of the base components of extruded animal feed, which is an important aspect of obtaining high-quality competitive products. The research object is the use of oil and fat industry waste in extruded animal feed technology. The rational ratio of the components of extruded animal feed has been determined. The rational ratio of animal feed components is: sunflower meal – 0.40 parts by weight; soybean meal – 0.25 parts by weight; oatmeal – 0.35 parts by weight. The animal feed sample with justified composition corresponds to the commercial analogue in terms of porosity (72 % and 76 %, respectively) and cost ($285/t and $285/t, respectively). In addition, the extruded feed with the developed composition exceeds the commercial analogue in terms of protein content by 3.2 times and essential amino acids content by 2.9 times. The obtained data are explained by the use of a complex of components, namely oil and fat waste and starch-containing grain raw materials with various limiting amino acids and various technological features of the extruded mass of their mixture. The feature of the obtained results is the possibility to control the technological characteristic (porosity) of the finished product depending on the components ratio, which allows changing product characteristics according to consumer requirements. The research results make it possible to efficiently process secondary products of oilseed processing into a new competitive marketable product. From a practical point of view, the technology makes it possible to reduce the cost of storage/utilization of industry waste, get additional income from new products sales and improve environmental conditions. The applied aspect of using the scientific result is the possibility to create a range of animal feed with different technological indicators depending on the components ratio.

Розглянуто багатофункціональні перегородки та їх вплив на рівні шуму. Звернуто увагу на те, що існуючи системи класифікації будівельних перегородок розглядають їх, виходячи із зручності їх використання, матеріалу, дизайну тощо. При цьому недостатньо приділяють уваги їх впливу на показники зменшення рівня шуму у офісних приміщеннях. Перегородки виготовляють з різних матеріалів, які мають різні властивості, є різними за формою, на різній відстані від полу перекривають приміщення або робочий простір. У таких випадках виникає складна задача вибору певних типів перегородок, які, як це показано у роботі, дозволяють вирішити завдання оптимізації умов праці та зменшити негативний вплив шуму на здоров'я працівників. Виконані дослідження довели, що поставлена задача зменшення шуму завдяки використання перегородок досягається. Фактори, які особливо потрібно врахувати: висота перегородки (ступень перекриття перегородкою відстані до стелі), матеріал перегородок, наявність технологічних отворів та геометрію їх розташування. Виявлено, що двошарові перегородки, які виконано з важких матеріалів (густина ≈2500 кг/м 3 ) та перекривають на 100 % приміщення за висотою, здатні зменшувати рівень шуму в 2-3 рази (із 90 дБА до 30-45 дБА). Перегородки із скла (труби скляні), середньої ваги (густина ≈1200 кг/м 3 ), зменшують шум в 1,5-1,6 раз. Якщо перекриття приміщення не повне або є отвори, вентиляційні шахти тощо, то ефект впливу перегородок значно зменшується, зводячи його практично нанівець. Відчутний вплив перегородок відбувається у частотному діапазоні 200-3000 Гц при рівнях шуму 40-60 дБА. Шум досліджувався у приміщеннях типу «Open space», де були застосовані різні варіанти перегородок (скляні труби у металевому каркасі, керамічні плити, пінопластові плити). У результаті досліджень було встановлено, що перегородки можуть суттєво впливати на показники шуму, але тільки за умов повного перекриття приміщення по висоті, зачинених дверях і будівельних каналів у стінах. Встановлено, що матеріал перегородок не впливає на показники шуму, якщо ступінь перекриття не повна (менш 100 %). Well drilling is accompanied by the formation of significant volumes of water that contain mechanical and biological impurities. The purpose of the work is to investigate the possibility of regulating the biological properties of drilling and other types of water that using the technologies of electrical processing (electrooxidation). The analysis of methods and technologies for the disinfection of aqueous solutions and emulsions is carried out. The process of electrooxidation of bacteria in contact with the surface of the electrode plates is considered. The determination of the electrokinetic charge of the surface of particles (bacteria) is carried out, which must be taken into account when calculating the processes and equipment for the electrooxidation of bacteria in technological aqueous solutions such as emulsions. The processes of electrooxidation of aqueous emulsions such as Ukrinol and Triethanolamine which are widely used in cutting, grinding, etc., are considered. Physical and mathematical models of disinfection processes at different values of electric current and surface area of oxidizing electrodes are studied. The factors influencing the disinfection process have been determined. Conceptual approaches to the creation of electrooxidizing devices for the disinfection of emulsions directly in the channels through which aqueous technological solutions move are proposed. Aspects of practical application of electrooxidation technology are considered.

Soapstock is a large-tonnage waste of the oil and fat industry, the disposal of which is environmentally hazardous. Processing of soapstock into industrially valuable products, in particular, fatty acids, is promising. The method for producing fatty acids, which consists in sequential saponification of soapstock with sodium hydroxide solution, salting out with sodium chloride and decomposition with sulfuric acid solution has been investigated. The feature of this work is the study of the effect of salting out conditions of saponified soapstock on the yield and neutralization number of fatty acids. As an experimental sample, sunflower soapstock was used, the indicators of which correspond to DSTU 5033 (CAS 68952-95-4): mass fraction of total fat – 67.3 %, fatty acids – 61.8 %, neutral fat – 5.5 %. Soapstock was subjected to preliminary saponification under the following conditions: duration 85 min., concentration of sodium hydroxide solution 45 %. After that, the saponified mass was subjected to salting out. The obtained core soap was decomposed with the sulfuric acid solution under the following conditions: temperature 90 °C, duration 40 min. Rational salting out conditions were determined: duration (80 min.) and sodium chloride concentration (16%). Under these conditions, the fatty acid yield is 95.0 %, the neutralization number is 194.8 mg KOH/g. The resulting fatty acids comply with DSTU 4860 (CAS 61788-66-7): the mass fraction of moisture and volatiles is 0.85 %, the mass fraction of total fat is 98.9 %, cleavage depth is 94.2 % oleic acid. This method of soapstock processing increases the fatty acid yield by 3.5 % compared to the method with saponification and decomposition, by 20.3 % compared to the method of soapstock decomposition with sulfuric acid. At the same time, the neutralization number increases by 4.1 % and 8.2 %, respectively. The improved method for fatty acids producing from soapstock provides high- quality fatty acids with increased yield.
