The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of introducing massive open online-courses (MOOCs) in the educational process of Russian universities. The main goals of digitalization of the activities of higher education institutions and the problems that universities face in this process are analyzed. The main directions of the onlinecomponent implementation are considered: from using MOOCs as additional material to creating own MOOCs. A critical assessment of the effectiveness of using online-courses in the educational process from the point of view of students, on the one hand, and from the point of view of teachers, on the other.
The current stage of development of financial and economic relations is characterized by the presence of a huge array of heterogeneous information. This is primarily due to the active development of information and communication technologies. Therefore, an organization that is able to use existing resources efficiently and also be adaptive to new knowledge and skills can be considered effective at the moment. People in the organization have a lot of knowledge, but many of them are not used in the workflow, and there is no effective exchange of knowledge within the organization and with the external environment. All these problems and challenges determine the relevance of forming a knowledge management system in organizations. The article offers a knowledge management algorithm based on a systematic approach that will help debug all knowledge management processes in the organization and develop appropriate regulations.
The article presents a model for the development of rural socio-economic space. It proceeds from the idea of rural areas as complex natural, socio-economic systems. An important direction of the current stage of socio-economic development of rural areas is to eliminate the gap in the quality of life of the urban and rural population of the country. At the same time, an important factor is the ongoing changes in the agrarian economy, which must also meet the social transformations of rural areas. The proposed model for the development of rural socio-economic space and the algorithm for its use is based on the identification and differentiated elimination of problem areas of this space in accordance with the established standards of quality of life in rural areas.
Introduction. One of the important problems of both the head of a modern company and subordinates is the ability to make the right decisions, because the future of the company depends on the chosen options of actions. Erroneous actions can not only hinder the development of the company, but also contribute to its closure. It is worth highlighting the decisions that are made in the field of innovation and innovation activity of enterprises and organizations. Goals. Research of the decision-making process in innovation management, identification of its main trends in the territory of the Russian Federation and the Stavropol Territory, as well as the development of the sequence of the decision-making process on the introduction of innovations. Methodology. In the process of research, the issue of decision-making in innovation management, methods of logical and statistical analysis were applied. Results. The analysis of innovative activity of enterprises is carried out, an up-to-date brief description of the sphere of innovation is given, the main barriers to the development of innovation activity in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the Stavropol Territory in particular are identified, a detailed algorithm for making decisions about innovations taking into account risk factors and uncertainty is proposed. Conclusions. When making decisions in the field of innovation, it is important to comprehensively study the issue, assess all possible risks and negative consequences, observing the classical sequence of decision-making, namely: data preparation and analysis (observation and search, data filtering, problem statement), problem statement and development of alternatives (classification of influencing factors, search for solutions (forecast and evaluation of alternatives), decision-making (choice of alternatives, generalization of criteria, choice of solution).
