The role of reporting and statistics as a component of measuring the progress of sustainable development is constantly growing. Economic thought is increasingly based on the concept of wealth - the base of assets, as the foundation of creating well-being and aims to measure it, determine the size of investment attractiveness, and present it in analytical tables and reports as a component of modern business reputation. The approach of the World Bank involves the assessment of wealth according to three components: natural capital, manufactured assets, human assets. It was established that the national statistical methodology refers to the value of national capital: residential, non-residential buildings and structures, land and rights to natural resources, machinery and equipment, cultivated and intangible assets. At the same time, natural and human capital is not fully represented in the national wealth of Ukraine. Therefore, the goal of monetary measurement and capitalization of national wealth is seen as the direction of further development of the theoretical foundations of accounting. Accounting functionality is worth it to be defined as a macroeconomic tool for the capitalization of national wealth. The potential of a business entity, in our opinion, should be considered in the accounting field as a set of resources enterprise, which, depending on the type, is or is not an object of accounting and participates in the formation of the value of the enterprise. The methodological task for the formation of the policy of accounting capitalization is the generalization and certain ordering of the branches of the economy, in relation to which it is necessary to have separate sectoral norms of accounting and statistical reporting. Such a generalization should be based on industry factors that shape the value of products in the industry, the presence of specific accounting objects, principles of adaptation of existing accounting tools for specific business conditions. Economic services and management of enterprises can influence the level of capitalization of the enterprise due to the development of innovative accounting and financial technologies, proper presentation of the natural and economic potential of Ukraine in the global information space.
In connection with the significant growth of the world’s population, global socioeconomic trends in the sufficiency of natural resources have become relevant. Agriculture as an industry produces food that every inhabitant of the planet consumes daily. The introduction of new technologies, while increasing efficiency, has not eliminated food shortages throughout human history. Modern digital solutions and technologies have a positive impact on productivity. Our study presents the results of a study of the big data platform and artificial intelligence for the agricultural sector, their capabilities and optimization technologies. This chapter analyzed and proposed recommendations on the quality of data analysis of agricultural processes and business administration in real time. The active introduction of digital platforms will have a positive effect on optimizing the use of resources, reducing waste and improving the efficiency of risk management and attracting investments under the conditions of transparent management of the agricultural enterprise.
Until present time, research in project management has focused on planning and management techniques that a manager can use to control time, costs, resources, and quality. The environment of the project, including stakeholders, remains less studied and does not currently have sufficiently clear and accepted management methods. Any strategic planning process involves predicting the future environment, but in practice we study several possible options for future environments, ranking the likelihood of their implementation. At the same time, experience shows that many of the problems associated with the implementation of the project lie in the field of environment, and the success of the project manager in achieving the set goals depends more on his communication skills. Therefore, the quality and ability of the project manager to communicate with people is much more important than his technical knowledge. In any case, this is what he has to devote most (80-90%) of his working time. To understand what environmental factors influence the project, the manager should consider the organization implementing the project as a subsystem operating within a larger system (environment) and interacting with other subsystems. The environment refers to "the totality of things, conditions and influences." Thus, the environment includes almost everything outside the project, including internal environmental factors: company owners, management, heads of functional departments, coordinators of other projects, temporary project staff and staff transferred on a permanent basis; as well as factors and actors in the external environment: • state institutions and public organizations; • legislation and regulations; • politics, economics, ecology, security, culture, morality, religion; • technology; other project participants represented by the customer, suppliers, consumers, competitors, contractors, financial organizations, owners of land plots, real estate. The main conclusion is that the project is connected with other subsystems or organizations in the environment surrounding the project. This creates a two-way relationship of interdependence. That is, to achieve success, the manager should not be limited by the scope of the project only. He must study and endeavor to manage, or appropriately adapt, the external forces on which efficiency and results depend. But the fact is that all these factors relate to the general environment of the project and lie outside the direct control of the project manager. The manager does
At the present stage of development of management of the organizations the project approach which is based on system, and the basic basic unit of research considers process becomes more and more popular. The reflection of the interrelationships and orderliness of processes during the implementation of projects is a general methodology of project management, which has so far acquired a world-class definition as an acceptable and appropriate management standard. Consideration of the conceptual foundations of the project approach to the introduction of innovations in the agricultural sector of the economy requires further exploration due to the prevalence of fragmentary developments in this area of research and taking into account the specifics of the industry that requires specific management decisions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual foundations and develop tools for implementing a project approach to the implementation of innovations in agricultural enterprises. To increase the level of efficiency of agroinnovation implementation, the peculiarities of using the project approach are described in the work. Consideration of basic project management standards (Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK); P2M methodology (A Guidebook of Project and Program Management for Enterprise Innovation); PRINCE2 methodology (PRojects IN Controlled Environments); IPMA methodology (IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB)), allowed to determine that the best way to achieve this goal is to use a standard that allows you to most accurately determine the content of management processes in certain areas of knowledge at different stages of the life cycle of agro-innovation project approach to the introduction of agroinnovation, which allows to increase the level of resource efficiency and resource conservation. Keywords: project approach, innovations, agroinnovations, conceptual principles, project management tools, agricultural enterprises.
