Resumen: El estudio sobre la capacidad de gestión de las alianzas ambidiestras, caracterizado por el desarrollo de las interacciones con otras organizaciones, ha aumentado en los últimos años y se vuelve crucial en términos de administración porque permite crear, adquirir y compartir información, recursos y conocimiento para procesos de explotación (tradición) y de exploración (innovación) en el proceso de liderazgo. Este artículo da cuenta de una revisión sistemática y narrativa de literatura que busca identificar las variables independientes, mediadoras, moderadoras y dependientes, así como las metodologías cuantitativas y cualitativas presentes en investigaciones sobre alianzas ambidiestras. Se encontró, como resultado, un mayor número de estudios con variables mediadoras en comparación con el número de estudios con variables moderadoras en cuanto a alianzas y/o ambidestreza; se evidencia que Europa es el continente en donde más investigaciones se realizan, mientras que Estados Unidos como país registra el mayor número de artículos publicados al respecto. Se concluye que el método mixto más utilizado para la propuesta de un modelo con variables mediadoras sobre organizaciones ambidiestras, se logra a través del estudio de casos. Se identifican los tipos de variables y metodologías usados en estudios sobre capacidad de gestión de alianza ambidiestra para la toma de decisiones en futuras investigaciones.Palabras clave: Capacidad de gestión de la alianza, ambidestreza organizacional, metodologías de investigación, innovación, tradición.
Los sistemas de navegación para carros han sido uno de los accesorios más utilizados en todo el mundo, dado los beneficios percibidos en términos de información, en tiempo real, sobre el tráfico, la ubicación de los conductores en lugares desconocidos e información geográfica sobre direcciones o destinos deseados; por lo que, es imperativo conocer la percepción de sus usuarios para la mejora constante de este accesorio. En ese sentido, el objetivo de este estudio fue identificar los factores determinantes de la adopción de sistemas de navegación para carros, específicamente en la población joven, aplicándose un cuestionario en línea a 121 jóvenes. La metodología empleada siguió un análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio con enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados indicaron que los factores determinantes en la adopción de sistemas de navegación, por parte de la población joven, en orden de importancia fueron: la utilidad percibida, la actitud, la facilidad percibida y el sistema y calidad de pantalla, como factores cognitivos y psicológicos que se relacionan positivamente con la intención de uso de los jóvenes encuestados, lo cual hace aportes relevantes, tanto en el ámbito académico como en el industrial, para la toma de decisiones en cuanto a mejoras de esta tecnología.
En Latinoamérica se ha tenido una adaptación importante en cuanto al desarrollo de programas de posgrado, se han reinventado procesos educativos y se han generado mejores oportunidades para lograr competitividad; es así como se pretende identificar cuáles son las estrategias más valoradas bajo modelos o esquemas curriculares posgraduales para que generen valor en la academia y en la sociedad. El soporte metodológico para este estudio fue una revisión de literatura, con la orientación de la herramienta PRISMA y a partir de diferentes bases de datos, teniendo como resultado que los modelos o esquemas pedagógicos se han transformado para comprender las necesidades de los usuarios y del mercado, ofreciendo una mejor manera de construir alternativas de formación que aporten al desarrollo de la economía y de la sociedad. En Latinoamérica, específicamente en Colombia, se evidencian esquemas de articulación que benefician la manera en la que se construyen estrategias de valor. Se concluye que, aunque se ha avanzado en la construcción de programas posgraduales competitivos, se requiere más innovación para que se logre una verdadera experiencia de aprendizaje.
