La recherche repose sur le cas d’une formation initiale à l’entrepreneuriat s’inscrivant dans une approche constructiviste de l’enseignement fondée sur l’apprentissage par l’action. Centré sur le vécu des étudiants, notre questionnement porte sur le moment clé de l’évaluation. Cette dernière est perçue comme un espace d’expression ouvert, tant au niveau de la forme que du contenu. L’appropriation de la logique constructiviste représente un réel défi, en particulier en raison de la grande liberté d’interprétation des critères d’évaluation. L’évaluation par les pairs est une source de tensions liée aux différents rôles à arbitrer par les apprenants. Le sentiment de justice perçu, représente alors un indicateur pertinent de l’acceptation du résultat de l’évaluation. Ainsi, la pratique d’un dialogue ouvert et authentique tout au long du processus d’évaluation devient essentielle. Le référentiel de compétences n’est alors qu’un point de départ pour engager un dialogue évaluatif. Son utilisation n’est perçue comme pertinente que lorsqu’elle est connectée au sens de l’action entrepreneuriale.
