El propósito de estudio es identificar la relación de la cultura organizacional en la satisfacción laboral de los docentes de una universidad de la costa peruana. Investigación descriptiva, correlacional y transversal. La muestra fue de 48 docentes, obtenidos mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron dos; la escala de satisfacción laboral SL-SPC y otro para cultura organizacional, ambos en escala de Likert. Para los análisis estadísticos se usó la correlación de Spearman. Como resultado se obtuvo que el 66.7% presentó una cultura organizacional neutra, el 20.8% fuerte y el 12.5% débil. El 79.2% indicaron tener una satisfacción laboral media, 14.6% alta y solo el 6.3% baja. La cultura organizacional se relacionó con la satisfacción laboral de los docentes (r=0,375, p= 0,009). Se concluye Existe una correlación entre la cultura organizacional la satisfacción laboral, actividades en la primera mejoraran la segunda.
El teletrabajo es una modalidad de trabajo impulsado en época del contexto Covid-19. Implica la ejecución de labores desde un lugar diferente a la organización haciendo uso de las tecnologías de la información, con ello el estado protege y garantiza el derecho laboral, pero a la vez, constituye una fuente de riesgos para la salud. Objetivo. Evaluar los riesgos laborales del teletrabajo en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria Covid-19 en docentes de una universidad pública y privada. Material y métodos. Investigación básica de diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo – comparativo. Se realizó en una muestra de 277 docentes de la Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo y Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola del Perú. Los datos se recolectaron a través de un Cuestionario de Riesgos Laborales del Teletrabajo aplicado vía online y tuvo 34 ítems. El instrumento evaluó: Riesgos musculoesqueléticos, riesgos psicosociales, fatiga visual y riesgos locativos. Resultados. 48,2% (54) docentes que realizaron teletrabajo en universidades públicas y 44,2% (73) de los docentes de universidades privadas presentaron algún riesgo laboral (riesgo musculoesquelético, riesgo psicosocial, riesgo locativo o riesgo visual). El 37,9% (105) presentaron riesgos laborales músculo esquelético, 22,4% (62) riesgo locativo, 19,5% (54) riesgo laboral psicosocial y 8,7% (24) riesgo visual. Conclusiones. No existe una diferencia significativa de riesgos laborales entre docentes procedentes de universidad pública y privada durante el desarrollo del teletrabajo en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por Covid–19.
El rendimiento académico identifica los logros de aprendizajes necesarios en el proceso educativo y se ven influenciados por diversas características. Este estudio tuvo como propósito identificar la relación entre autoestima y rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Enfermería. La investigación fue correlacional y transversal. Se utilizó el instrumento Inventario de autoestima de Coopersmith. Participaron 88 estudiantes de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo (UNASAM) Ancash- Perú. Se observó en los resultados que la mayoría de estudiantes obtuvieron niveles de autoestima alto y un rendimiento académico bajo. Además, se demostró que no existe estadísticamente una correlación significativa entre autoestima y rendimiento académico.
La presente indagación analiza y describe el estado del arte de la gobernanza universitaria en la facultad de enfermería de las universidades peruanas; de este modo, la metodología seleccionada es la revisión sistemática, dado que la sistematización de los trabajos en el área facilita la investigación y aportan a otras indagaciones; por ello, las indagaciones se han sometido al diagrama de flujo PRISMA, siguiendo los parámetros de inclusión y discernimiento competentes. Finalmente, la presente investigación ha dejado evidencia que existen limitaciones en cuanto a la literatura revisada, así como los logros que se han ido obteniendo en la consolidación de la gobernanza universitaria en las facultades de enfermería de las universidades del Perú.
