For the long-term preservation of the optimal physical status of a person, regular physical activity is required. Rational muscle activity can stimulate the entire body. It increases oxygen consumption and accelerates the release of toxic products, stimulates metabolism and protein synthesis. Frequent feasible physical training inhibits the development of pathological changes in the nervous system and internal organs. Systematic physical training has a strong healing effect on the musculoskeletal system and activates the entire endocrine system. With regular exercise, blood and venous pressure are normalized and lymph circulation is enhanced. Physical activity normalizes the processes of humoral regulation in all body systems. The most pronounced positive effect develops in the case of a combination of feasible exercises that stimulate different muscle regions. This leads to the activation of biosynthetic processes in all cells of the body. Regular dosed physical activity with optimal nutrition and sufficient sleep has a strong stimulating effect on physical capabilities and mental performance.
The work was carried out on 36 clinically healthy young basketball players aged 17-21 years old, training in the basketball section for at least 3 years. The created control group consisted of 26 clinically healthy young men aged 17 to 21, who had not previously been involved in any kind of sports. In the study, the examined were subjected to ultrasound examination using an SSD-80 "Aloka" device (Japan) with an assessment of the morphological and functional characteristics of the heart. The statistical analysis of the obtained results of the study was carried out using a personal computer using the Student's t-criterion. Some signs of the development of left ventricular muscle hypertrophy were found in young basketball players. At the same time, the basketball players retained the optimum volume of the left cardiac ventricle. The youth basketball players also had a higher diastole rate compared to the control group. Regular basketball training can strengthen the body. They lead to an increase in the muscle mass of the left ventricle, which increases its functional potential and provides an optimal blood supply to internal organs.
Regular mental exercises are currently considered an important component of the rehabilitation of various categories of patients with organic brain disorders. The study was carried out with the help of the Russian Internet portal "Chess Planet", which makes it possible to obtain information about persons with disabilities in the course of their sports training. The study involved 28 people with cerebral palsy at the age of 19-27, out of whom 25 were at the stage of sports specialization and 3 people were at the stage of improving sports skills. The study was carried out using the testing method and the method of statistical processing. After analyzing the data obtained, we can talk about the positive influence of the process of mastering the chess game on the psychophysical status of young people with cerebral palsy. This kind of sport increased the level of their sports training, their resistance to stress and steadily improved the general psychosomatic state. Even taking into account the developing decrease in the values of the considered indicators at the control stage of the study, the subjects had an increase of 13.7% in comparison with the preliminary stage of the study.
Background: One of the frequent manifestations of decreased motor activity and a decrease in the strength of skeletal muscles is a violation of posture. Under these conditions, the deformation of the posture is the result of a violation of the vertical position of the spine and the weakening of its adaptive reactions aimed at maintaining the vertical posture. The redistribution of the load in the spine is accompanied by a change in its configuration. In this regard, the only way to combat the violation of posture can be considered increased muscle activity. Objective: This article provides a review of the literature regarding the problem of prevention and correction of posture disorders with the help of orderly muscle activity.
Method:The writing methodology used was the literature review. The source of study consists of relevant journals from the search engines www.pubmed.com, scholar.google.com and proquest.com.
Conclusion:In this regard, exercise is a powerful biological stimulant for most of the physiological functions of the body. This allows them to purposefully increase the volume of various muscle structures, change the functional state of the body and solve the problems of short-term and long-term recovery.
